It was time for the preventative maintenance for our HVAC system. Due to scheduling we asked for an early appointment and if possible that the technician be on time. Kyle arrived on time and had the best attitude and was very pleasant. He asked questions to determine if we had any issues or specific concerns. He explained what he would be doing for the inside and outside units. He was very thorough and didn't mind answering any questions. I would recommend Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning and Kyle needs to recognized for being a WONDERFUL example of the service level that is provided!

Kyle was an amazing technician! He was able to get our system up and running within minutes. Unfortunately it was a temporary fix because our system is so old and needs a complete replacement but we will definitely be using Doc Savage for our upcoming replacement. Service: A/C system maintenance
