At Clay's Climate Control the sales Rep Matt was very easy to talk to, and made it understandable as to what my options were. The crew I had were outstanding. They were punctual, courteous, and made a hard job look easy. They cleaned up the whole area, including vacuuming the attic when done. I wouldn't use another company going forward. I can't say enough about Clay's technicians and office personnel, all of them are professional, knowledgeable, efficient & timely. JP just completed our maintenance and he did a great job! He explained in detail our needs and options regarding our aging unit. It's truly a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) to have Clay's Climate Control team service our HVAC needs. Matt was on time, very knowledgeable, mentioned that my water heater is about 20 years old and gave me an estimate on the price when it needed to be replaced. He serviced my a/c system and also installed the air quality UV system. He mentioned that very soon Clay's will be servicing the Generac generator too. They are a full-service company. I highly recommend them.

The two guys from Clays were great. They showed up on time both days and worked so hard, first removing, then completely replacing our heater, AC unit, air filter and smart thermostat. Original estimate was for 3 days and they finished it in 2 days. They even got the new heater installed on the first day so we wouldn't be without heat. They brought in a 3rd person at the end to check everything out and teach us how to use the thermostat.

Incredible customer service from the initial phone call to Matt the sales coordinator to CJ & Collin the installers. Also the electrician Frank was neat and efficient.
