Precision heating and cooling was excellent to work with. My parents have been customers for years for both routine maintenance and for repairs/replacements and have always been pleased with their service, so they were the logical choice when our AC stopped working. They were quick to identify the problem with our AC and offered multiple solutions. In the end, we chose to purchase a new AC and furnace. Jerry worked with us to help us find the best units for our condo at a reasonable price.
The best part is they were able to do a next-day installation! Overall, they provided excellent customer service! We will definitely continue using Precision for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

Kim provided excellent customer service when scheduling my appointment and Tony from maintenance was very thorough and professional when he called to advise of the issues with my unit. He even went the extra mile with his recommendations and doing the research for me. I will definitely be using this company again.

The office staffs were very courteous and helpful. Tony was the tech., came out to our place in the middle of the night to check out our faulty heating system. He tried to save us some money by diligently checking the unit to see if the problem is repairable or if we need a new one. once he found out what the problem is, gave us suggestions, explained carefully and make our own decision. He's very honest, helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable of his work. Price was reasonable. Needless to say, I'm very please with the work he has done.

I contacted them regarding a heating issue where the heat was completely down for the whole building. They responded very quickly and understood my concerns with the weather, and for the tenants who had no heat. Tony identified the issue quickly and kept me in the loop with communication the whole time. He got the heating system back on line and was reasonably priced. They didn't take advantage of our situation and price us an exorbitant amount to fix the heating system. I highly recommend Tony and Precision Heating and Cooling for their excellent service, expertise, and pricing.

I have worked with Precision in the past and actually use them to service my own home. They are quick, efficient, reliable, affordable, and professional. In July my HWT ruptured on a Sunday (of course), they were at my home within an hour to quote me and they came back out on Monday and replaced it. When I had a question about my invoice, Erin was extremely patient with me. She answered all of my questions, and made the payment process a breeze.
