Marty has been in the service business for over 39 years and it is our award winning service that has kept us here and you happy. Marty and Marj DeVit, the owners, have been running and operating Thermal Associates since its inception in 1979. The pioneers of the Glens Falls, Albany, Plattsburgh and Adirondack regions for geothermal heating and cooling systems.
