Service was excellent! They detected the leak quickly using their camera and flagged the area so it is easily accessible for repairs. Both technicians were kind and provided me with options to fix the leak without pushing their serviced which I really appreciate! I will definitely be using them again for future services and will be recommending them to family and friends!

Great experience. Technician was very friendly and worked fast to clear our clogged bathroom sink. He cleaned up after the job and gave us some helpful advice to keep our old pipes clear. Yes, it is expensive any time you have professional plumbing services but in the end Sullivan was definitely worth it to get the job done safely and quickly!

I am so thankful I called this company to assist in my plumbing needs! We had a clogged toilet in one of our rentals units. From start to finish the experience was amazing! Mike and Andrea assisted me when I had called in and their customer service skills were amazing! Ryan Sapos serviced my call and was so kind and knowledgeable and was able to get rid of the clog! Kevin replaced the leaking shower faucet and installed new shutoff valves for hot & cold lines in my house. He is more than great, and gets to the root of the problem. Super nice & High quality work! I would give him 10 stars if I can. The Front desk is great too, polite & prompt. Will use & recommend.

He wore boot covers as soon as he walked in which I thought was respectful & he got right to work & shared thoughts on every possible solution & it was no pressure on buying right in the moment.
