We called Brown's to get an estimate on a ductless air conditioner. Jennifer was so helpful with our old system that was not cooling She gave me a phone number for Mitsubishi factory. They didn't help. Shultheis Brothers from the Pittsburgh area put a sealant in the lines and our compressor burnt up. The Browns ordered us a new one and installed it promptly. Thank you Jennifer and Ron, Zax, Kevin for the great service.

These guys are the best! I am always impressed by how quickly Jen responds to my service requests. The guys always show up within hours, sometimes minutes of my call. They are fast, friendly and always solve my problem no matter how big or small - specifically Zack, though all of them are wonderful! Thanks so much for getting my heat working today and for all of the service issues this fixer upper has brought you into my home for over the years, I'll always call Brown's first.

We have Browns do so many things for us in the past always with A+ service. So this pains me to say. We have known briwns since the boys were little. They served our business as well as our family. Up until today. I have called them now 5 times to have them come out to fix a number of things. Including a hot water tank they put in and is still under warranty. All 5 times I have got a run around from Jennifer.
She has become very rude threw years. I thought I would give it one more shot and again could not give me a work day to come out. So I went with another company that was happy to get the business and told me they get alot of browns customer s. I hope they go back to the kindness there dad gave them to beginwith. Because Jennifer you are going to loss lots of customers with the mouth you have. At this time I would never ask browns back to our home.
