Braden is a fine young man, courteous, came when he said he would, performed his maintenance procedures, explained his process, answered all my questions. He made a recommendation for follow up maintenance and carbon monoxide detectors. I will definitely use Evans Mechanical again. Services: Cleaning, Heating system maintenance

So far so good, Braden provided an excellent detailed summary of the issues with our older gas wall heater. we had purchased a replacement heater and he confirmed that it would work, however, the company doesn't install appliances purchased by others (because they wouldn't be able to back the warranty on it). i appreciated that he did take a look at the heater we purchased to confirm it would work. in the end we decided to go ahead with evans, since they pull permits and provide the warranty. i have confidence that they'll do the job right. update: evans arrived on-time, and i love their text that provides a short bio with photo of the service technician. i find that to be a great tool, especially for inviting a stranger into the home. although i was not there to experience the repair services, they did a top rate job, no complaints here!

Removal of old system and installation of new Aprilaire filter and heating system done in an efficient and professional manner. We received answers to our many questions and clear instructions on the system. In addition, our stove needed a new shut-off valve and that was taken care of as well. At the end of the day I believe these installers were very proud of their work and we are very happy satisfied customers. Our house is toasty warm.

Joe was honest and professional when he quoted me for a new water heater. The installation was fast and easy to set up. I am a working mom, so thier ability to work with me was excellent. I had to work so I left my home in their care while they installed it, I came home to a new water heater and a perfectly kept home. There was a weird error code on the new water heater the evening it was installed, I emailed Joe and he unexpectedly responded at 8pm!
I was shocked with his prompt and curtious customer service. He had his guys out the next day and they fixed the minor error. We just took 3 nice hot long showers and my on demand water heater is awesome! Thanks Evans!

Heater stopped working. Technician figured out quickly an even had the part on his truck. Extremely happy about that, .We had to wait 4 days without heat Burr. Once installed became a happy camper. We've always done business with evans an had good experiences. Thank you Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
