My heat pump installer uses Air Treatment Corp as their supplier to supply Samsung systems. I've had 2 major issues since my system was installed 2 years ago for total aggregate outage time of about 6 months. First issue last year took over 5 months and persistent follow up to fix. For the most recent issue, I reported an issue with refrigerant leaking to air treatment on May 4 and after initially responding they went completely awol. Now over a month later we're about to hit a heat wave with non functioning ac. Avoid air treatment corp and Samsung like the plague. Go Mitsubishi instead.

They're supposed to be a major equipment distributor. If you want to buy from them, when they ask for your project's address, don't give it to them.they ended up underbidding us, to our own customer. One of my buildings needed pricing on cooling tower equipment and these guys didnt even call us back or give us prices for 7 DAYS.and finally only did so after we kept calling. Each 'sales' person we spoke to said it was another guys job to do our quote and nobody took responsobility for anything.
