Excellent friendly service. It was super easy to schedule, they arrived promptly and quick to install the thermostat, service the unit and install a UV light. They first inspected the unit and then went over the pricing per item before starting the work, which I appreciated. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any needs in the future.

Overall excellent service. Roy came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was back early the next day to replace the motor blower and was done in less than an hour. I called A-Plus because I had a particular question about an American Standard air conditioning unit. I simply picked them out of the blue. Ray, the owner, actually was the person who called me back. Not only did he spend about 15 minutes with me on the phone, he answered all of my questions and provided me with extremely valuable information which will help me in the design of my new system. My builder has his own HVAC installation company, but I now know who I am going to use for service once the home is built.
As a small business owner myself, Applewhite Dental Arts, I very much appreciate his professionalism and generosity with his time. I highly recommend you take the time to consult and/or hire with A-Plus Mechanical. In my opinion, and I have dealth with a BUNCH of hvac companies over the years, this company is above the norms!

Five stars for the business and Ray the technician. Ray knows his business, he was thorough. He educated me while working and suggested what was needed. With the knowledge I gained helped me decide what preventive repairs I should ask him to do. He didn't pressure me to do extra repairs. He answered all my questions, charged fair price for the work done. His visit was more than satisfactory. I will definitely use this business again.will recommend this business to everyone.
