I had 2 unrelated problems recently. Both times, a technician was at my house within hours of my call and fixed the problem quickly. As a former rental property manager, I have done business with ERA for the last 15 years. They have always fixed the problem right, the first time and have never done unnecessary work to pad the bill. ERA is a dependable company with well trained technicians. I always recommend them when friends need repairs.

Very polite even though we didn't exactly get the issue fixed. Andrew did install a clean out for the condensate line for us though, and explained how to prevent the line from getting clogged again. super helpful and would definitely use them again! Eric and the team at E.R.A were extremely helpful when we returned home from a weekend out of town and found our A/C unit completely iced up because the circulation blower had quit working. We left a message for help with E.R.A on Sunday night. Early Monday AM we were contacted and put on their schedule. A very short time later Eric and Andrew arrived and did a fast job of repairing our unit and getting us enjoying cool breezes again. Their courteous, quick, and quality service makes me feel that I could recommend E.R.A Climate Technologies to anyone.

I've been using E.R.A. for several years now, probably longer than I've been posting reviews, so I never realized I hadn't given Eric the credit he deserves. They've put in at least five units for me at a couple of different locations. Always quality work, and good at the unfortunately needed warranty repairs. My main complaint is that they often show up before the scheduled time, so I guess that's a real first-world type of problem I can learn to live with as I sit in my cool house.

Eric came out this morning to do my fall check-up, and he installed a new Ecobee programmable thermostat for me, that I can control from my phone. Awesome! I know I am going to like that! ERA, its owner and technicians, are competent professionals who treat customers like family. You will be told the truth concerning your service needs, and the most cost effective solution when problems with your HVAC unit arise. ERA always allows the customer to decide the route they wish to go with no pressure in order to make a sale. We have called ERA for the past several years and highly recommend them.
