Devin was our tech today - he was AWESOME. He came out within an hour an half of calling, solved the problem and had our a/c up and running within 20 minutes on this VERY hot June day. We will 100% be using Dr. Cool/Professor Heat for future (hopefully very distant future) problems. Services: A/C system repair, Cleaning

Overcharged me by $25. Didn't return my phone calls. Had an inspection done during the option period of buying a house. (Time is of the essence.) They did the inspection Tuesday at 3pm. I still don't have the report, despite calling twice to obtain it. Stay away! EDIT: After the review I FINALLY got a call back, the $25, and the report. But, it shouldn't take a review to get the service they are supposed to provide in the first place. Additionally, if you're trying to make something right, it's probably good customer service to be polite and kind. they were not.

I called when my wife told me the AC wasn't working. They answered immediately and started to help. They came out the same day for the estimate and once I approved they had guys out within the hour to replace the unit. The owner even went to pick up the parts needed so we didn't have to go the night without AC. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all from our family.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cool and Heat because of their employee Devin Nixon. His knowledge, expertise, and customer service was phenomenal. He was able to fix my a/c that day due to a bad expansion valve and came back with a new valve the following day. Devin also called the day after to make sure the HVAC system was running appropriately. To the owner of Dr. Cool and Heat: In my opinion, Devin deserves a raise and you should never let him leave your company. I give him my highest recommendation and I will always call your company (and recommend to everyone in my community) for my HVAC needs because of how he took care of me and my family that week.
