Ive lived here for many years and know the importance of a good air conditioning service provider. We have used Four Seasons for several years as our maintenance provider and always have complete satisfaction with our technician, the scheduling staff, ability to provide answers to questions or concerns. At one time we were concerned with possible dirty ductwork or mold and they provided an inspection and plan of action. Highly recommend the annual maintenance contract.

Excellent experience with Four Seasons helping us to understand what needed done and getting right technicians to promptly come and do the work. Our technician, Tyler, was excellent and was efficient, helpful and friendly. 5 stars for sure!

I recently had my air conditioning system serviced by 4 SEASONS AC for routine maintenance, and I was very pleased with the experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and thoroughly inspected and cleaned the system. They explained what was done and answered all of my questions. Its reassuring to know my AC is operating efficiently and ready for the warmer months ahead. The service was reasonably priced, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I cannot recommend 4 Seasons Air enough! We are under a yearly service contract with them at a very reasonable price. Each month they are diligent about calling to schedule service. They are very accommodating with scheduling and are typically on the early end of the appointment windows given. Ive never had to wait for anyone to arrive. Recently, our air went out during a long weekend and someone was out to assess the issue within an hour of us calling and at an extremely reasonable rate. We ended up needing a new unit and although we had to wait almost a week to get it installed, they were very diligent and fast in installation. They did not pressure us to get the most expensive unit and recommended what we should get based on our needs. We saved close to $1000 for having a service contract with them. The staff is exceptional and so polite! On top of the savings we received for our new unit, we also received a lunch box with some goodies to thank us for being loyal customers. 4 Seasons Air goes above and beyond for their customers and I cannot recommend them enough!

Four Seasons whole staff is very wonderful professional. They care about their customers. Even the service guys are the same way. Ive been dealing with them now for four years they put our system in. They take care of it. They come twice a year. Its very affordable I would recommend the highly. We just sold our home. Were getting ready to move and were dreading that we wont be able to have them where were going. I just found out today when they came to the our old house that we just sold. They came out quickly and got us back in cool air! Great customer service from the technician. Honest, too--there was a confusion about our warranty, and they called within an hour to let us know they were reversing a charge that we had happily paid. Would use again and recommend!

Ray came out and checked out our system, flushed the drain line, replaced the filters, and gave everything a thorough evaluation while answering my questions.

Technician arrived before scheduled time and diagnosed problem promptly and efficiently. We have been with Four Seasons since 2017 and dealing with the company and personnel is always a pleasure. Our air conditioner had a major problem and needed to be replaced. Four Seasons was totally accommodating in scheduling. The price was great, and Zack and Mike our technicians are excellent. They had us up and running and everything cleaned up in several hours. They are professional with great personalities.

In the last week my Air Conditioner blew up. I was in need of a whole new unit. 4 Seasons Air really went above and beyond to get my home comfortable. Their team is pure perfection, they were professional, kind, respectful and a down right joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. If you find yourself in a position where you need a AC repair or a whole new unit then this is the company you should call.

This company (4 Seasons) was listed as the maintenance on the AC System when I bought the house a year ago. So far, they've been great! I had a few companies come out and look at the system to get an idea of what maintenance was needed and the folks at 4 Seasons were the only repair people that didn't try to sell me a new system. Sure they said, it will need to be replaced in the next few years, but they assured me they could service it without any trouble. And they have. Perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons to all homeowners. Honest, competent, what more can I say?

4Seasons Air Conditioning is one of the best businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had them install a new AC unit in 2017. And since then, I have them stop by and service the unit twice a year. They are always friendly, courteous, and professional. The technicians are thorough and take the time to answer any questions that I might have. Everyone at the business that I have dealt with has been fair and honest. We are so glad that we chose 4 Seasons when it was time for replacing our AC unit. And their price was very competitive.

Three year old Carrier heat pump EVAP coil freezing up. Got a quote from the company that originally installed the unit. Parts covered under warranty but labor was quoted at $2,150.00. I asked why so high and was told company policy prevented them from speaking about their labor rate with customers. Seriously? Called 4 Seasons and explained the issue.

Short hold and Alexis was on the phone. She asked me what I thought the charge should be. I said, two guys half a day and recharge system, at worst about $1250. Alexis said no, it will be less than that. In the end it was fixed with one guy in three hours and total charge for two visits $890. Pays to shop folks.

Always on time. They have never let me down. Capable and confident employees. Mason the tech does a great job! I have used 4 Seasons for about ten years as many of my neighbors do. If your new to Florida and concerned about whom to hire, rest easy. 4 Seasons won’t rip you off!!

I have used a lot of HVAC services over the years..even worked for largest commercial AC company in USA. I've used 4 Seasons to install completely new units in 4 houses. Always courteous, always on time, always within quoted price. And prices have been comparable or lower than competitors. Do your own comparisons and you will prove my statements--4 Seasons is best by far.

I cannot begin to tell you how incredible 4 Seasons has been. We had a new system installed and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time as scheduled, cleaned the area after the install was complete. Gave thorough instructions on using the system. Everyone has been so helpful and kind.

Our AC unit died during Irma. This was evident when the power came back. I visited the office on the 12th and a service call was issued and we had techs at our home in less than an hour. We all agreed that it was time to replace our 1985 unit. we were scheduled for a new unit install on the 14th. It was not to be due to a delivery delay associated with the storm. We were pushed to the 15th and as promised they showed up between 8 and 9 on the 15th and cold air was coming out of our vents before noon! You Guys ROCK!!!!

While we have experienced some issues with our less than 3 yr old Carrier unit - Four Seasons (Debbie) was kind enough to really listen to my comments and did everything in her power to work with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you!

Thank you for the VERY quick response to our call regarding non-functioning AC. Estimated arrival time was 5-9pm. The gentleman was here, resolved issue (thankfully very simple), and was gone before 4:45pm. He was professional as we have come to expect, and appreciate, from all Four Seasons employees.
