Doug and his crew don't like to disappoint their customers. We have used them numerous times for servicing our current a/c and replacing thermostats. Five Stars . Guys showed up took down and removed the old system. Reinstalled a new furnace, A/C, and new thermostat. Everything seems to be working and the crew did clean up their minimal mess made. My attic has a very small craw space and difficult to move around in but these guys got the job done in one day as promised. Would re-use and recommend these guys. Pricing is competitive. Thanks.

These gentleman were very professional and took their time too make sure the job was done correctly. Replaced a 5 ton A/C unit in about 6 hours. The company owner called in the morning to let me know they would be running late because of a part issue, but that was the only problem and I was notified for that. What a Fantastic job. The price was competitive as well.

Brian and crew came out on the weekend and got our AC working. The guys are honest, and professional. They repaired my AC for 1/4 the cost of the previous bid I had from a competitor. Good people. They are not trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I always get multiple bids on things that are expensive and have ended up using them for the last 3 major AC jobs over the last 10years or so.

A/C unit was getting old and there has been increased vibration in the lines and the unit itself was loud and needed to be replaced already. They came out timely, topped up the freon which did help a bit but we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit (very old) and they were back out in a couple days with a new unit to install. They were on time, efficient, made no unnecessary damage or holes and cleaned up after themselves, wore a mask and were as considerate as possible. Would definitely recommend if you need any A/C service needs.

Brico did a swap out (outside unit, air handler, electric heater, etc), very nice work, the installers did a great job and also really cleaned up all the old equipment, parts and packing boxes, left the attic and yard nice and clean. The price was fair and we're looking forward to improved cooling in the summer.

Thank you SO much. Our A/C went out around 4:30 on a Saturday evening. The technician was here 45 minutes after we called. He was able to get it going and stayed around awhile to be sure it was cooling. We are so appreciative.

Brico just installed an entirely new system downstairs and coil and furnace for upstairs. The technicians that came out were very friendly and great with our dogs. Towards the end of the job Doug came out and checked everything to make sure it was good to go. He explained everything to us and helped answer our questions. Doug was very nice and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up all of their work areas, even swept our stairs with dog hair! I gladly recommend contacting them for any work you need done!

The man came out the same day I called. He was very professional in explaining what had broken and how he could repair it. He had the motor with him and completed the repairs in about an hour. The whole repair cost less than the hotel room we were going to rent to escape the heat. I've already sent him to my retired parents to check thier air conditioner.

Phillip and the Wagners are excellent at what they do. I've used them twice now and will use them for life. They came out and made sure to get my a/c working same day at an affordable price no one can beat. Other big name companies wouldn't offer repair options and wanted to gut my whole system and put me on a payment plan. Brico guys fixed only what was broke and will get me the few years left out of my system which gives time to prepare for a system replacement. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Doug called before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. once he arrived he went over what I report to make sure he understood what the problem was, he went straight to the unit in the attic, then to the unit outside, once he was done with his inspection, he let us know what the problem was and how he can fix it and how much it would be for the part. He was here about 45 mins. He is very professional, and I would recommend him to everyone I know. Great company!

Doug inspected the air conditioner unit outside and the equipment in the attic. He gave me two pricing options, one to repair the existing equipment and a second for replacing the outside equipment and the equipment in the attic. Since our unit was about 17 years old, we chose to replace the equipment. The work was performed within 2 days of quote date and Doug and his crew were very professional. I will definitely use him for future AC maintenance and/or repairs.
