James and Jeff were extremely professional in the installation of our HVAC system. They made sure that the setup was to code, correcting some old issues and even rerouted venting for the hot water heater to give the whole setup a nice clean compact & tidy look. They answered all our questions and checked with any types of changes they might had to make to have the installation work. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The main water valve to our home broke unexpectedly. I called Vaughn and spoke to Jeff who really took care of us. The plumber showed up at our home in 20 min and did a professional replacement of the valve in no time. I've been a satisfied customer of Vaughn for 5 years. A few months ago my wife and I were researching a mini-split system and called Vaughan. They came out provided the necessary information for us to make a decision. We schedule an install and our Team James and Matt were on time and organized. I introduced myself shown them the area where the system was going to be installed inside and out since the electrical work was already accomplished two weeks prior. Matt a younger person very quiet but a great worker carrying out the directions from his Lead James. James went right to work on our system and Matt was right beside.
Both communicated the needs of the job and everything worked well. We had questions and concerns and both James and Matt full-filled our request and left the work site very clean. Both make a great Team.

I hired Vaughan for their HVAC services (review is forthcoming), but also needed a plumber to install a new kitchen sink requiring a reconfiguration of pipes, dishwasher and garbage disposal hookups, and a faucet installation. Jarrid not only did a great job with the complete install, but noticed a small leak at the shut-off valve, which he promptly replaced with a new, improved valve in a better location; and he secured the pipes to the joists in the basement, and answered a lot of questions, and offered advice and service options for future plumbing jobs that we will be reviewing. Vaughan provided excellent service at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them for plumbing services and expertise.

Vaughan staff. was very professional in coming out to determine if the old water heater could be saved. When it was determined not to go the repair route and install a new heater, Mike came out when they said and had everything installed in a little over 3 hours. We now have hot water again. Due to age, I decided to replace my heating and air conditioner last year. I have used Vaughan for many years to service my old system and used them to get my 3 estimates before selecting a contractor. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Jeff was willing to meet with me several times to respond to all my questions. The contractors who did the service was very professional and followed are all Covid protocols. I was very happy I chose them to update my system. I have also noticed a savings in my utility bills. Finally they have an excellent customer service staff.

Everyone at Vaughn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable walking me through the process of a big job replacing our entire hvac units including our water heater. Tony from the start explained everything to me and answered my many questions. Even when I had more questions he was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. James and Joe also did an outstanding job when installing. They were neat and courteous. Even after a long couple of days, when the job was completed they still took the time to explain everything to me regarding my new systems. I would highly recommend Vaughn.

I had a new hot water heater installed today and I was so impressed with the young man, James, who is a mechanic or a technician for Vaughan. He was here right on time, first appointment of the morning, told me exactly what he was going to do, laid down tarps, etc., no nonsense. answered every question I had with a smile. Best customer service I've had in a long time. James can come back anytime when I need my heater serviced!

I was informed that a technician would be at my house by 8:30 to start the installation of my new heater and central air conditioner. On Thursday two technicians James and Matt arrived at my house at 8:30 am as promised. James informed me it would take two days to complete the entire job. We have three dogs, which James and Matt where totally accommodating to make sure we could let them out while they were working outside the house.
They were very neat, clean, and respectful and answered all our questions and never seem to be a problem. As promised the job was completed on Friday and after finishing the job James and Matt cleaned and inspected all of their work area and explained to step by step on how the new system works. All I can say it was a pleasure having James and Matt do my installation and it was a pleasure dealing with Vaughn Comfort Services and Jeff Euler. I highly recommend Vaughn Comfort Services for any of your heating and air conditioner needs

Our whole experience with Vaughn was great from the initial salesman to the installation. Tony Pelligrino was quick to come and see what we needed and give us a quote. James and Matthew were very professional and patient with all of our questions. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they needed to be done a certain way, which we appreciated. Great experience with Vaughn. They worked me in for a same day appointment for an air conditioning failure. Rocco arrived about 4 hours after I called the company. He did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the system quickly. Previously, our home warranty company had done some work on the system, but they didn't bother to clean it out or remove obstructions / vegetation that had gotten into the unit. Initially, I was a little apprehensive about the $95 charge for the service call. But, since it was the height of the summer season and they promised a full diagnostic, I opted to schedule for the earliest appointment.
I am really glad I did. Rocco found a burned wire, cleaned the coil and removed the debris. Big lesson learned for me -- you get what you pay for. The system was up and running and producing cold air in less than an hour. Huge thanks to Rocco and Vaughn Services!

Staff and technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have a leak in my evaporator coil, but it was only identified by the second technician (Anthony). The first technician added over 3 pounds of refrigerant but never suspected a leak. When Anthony came out one year later, all the refrigerant leaked out so I had to pay for 8 pounds of refrigerant. I just wonder if I could have saved a couple hundred dollars in refrigerant by having the leak detected by the first technician. Other than that, great service.
