Camilo and the construction crew were excellent. We had 2 old furnaces that were causing our old air conditioner to turn off. They did a temp fix on Saturday, provided a very competitive quote to replace the 2 heaters and air conditioner and were able to install on Tuesday. They provided excellent service. I highly recommend.

We have lived in our house 17 years and it finally happened, our AC needed to be replaced! Justin came to our house, tried all the things, but in the end we needed to install a new unit! He took a very long time to prepare and then explain all our options. He also called The company for us to check on the warranty on a part previously installed. The extra time and steps this company takes is one of the many reasons you should use them for your ac/heating needs! Installation was great and we are now very comfortable in our home! My husband and I have been using Madd Air for years. Everyone at Madd Air have cared about our issues, provided expeditious responses, and overall excellent customer service. They have saved us on many occasions, regardless of the day and time. We bought our new unit from them and it has been great. We also buy the maintenance option that includes spring and fall checks. The gas valve on our heater was stuck so we had no heat on a Friday night. The entire team was beyond nice and made every effort to help us. Camilo spent his Friday night figuring out our problem then was out first thing Saturday to get our heat back. He was incredibly professional and explained exactly what had happened and how he would fix it. I highly recommended Madd Air because they have taken care of us so well.

My gas furnace wouldn't turn on called Madd Air they came out same day Sam diagnosed the issue quickly. When motor arrived Camilo came out to install it and everything is working again. I have used several AC repair companies over the years and Madd is by far the best! About 3 years ago I was in need of serice to my AC and was tired of the same mediocre service I had been receiving. I called several companies to inquire about repairing my heating/air unit. Madd Air was the best price at $60.00 for a home visit. Other companies wanted $102.00 for a diagnostic visit. Sam Sparks was so friendly, courteous as well as on time. Sam was also extremely professional and located the problem in minutes. I admire Sams integrity of fixing my heating issue so promptly. I highly recommend MADD AIR as well as Sam Sparks to fix any issues you might have with your heating or air conditioning. It's comforting to know I have a company that is honest and trust worthy.

Quick, professional and honest service! My AC wasn't cooling and my home warranty HVAC company had their phones turned off. The humidity was getting close to 80% and I didn't want to wait. I reached out to Madd Air and Sam Sparks arrived quickly. He charged the unit and explained that there was a coolant leak. Now my house is comfortable while I wait to hear back from the home warranty guys. It's great to have a HVAC company that I can rely on in a pinch.

My boss had recommended this company. I was in need of a A/C and furnace replacement as my A/C was about 13 years old and no longer running efficiently. I had humidity issues and my current unit was struggling to keep the entire house cool. I called Madd and they sent out Sam. He checked out my entire system, gave us a recommendation and a price. Although the cost was more than I wanted to spend, I'm glad I did!
I have never been so comfortable, even when my home was brand new! Our humidity issue is no longer an issue and our A/C is cooling all the rooms at the correct temperature. No more hot/cold spots! Thanks so much Sam and all the guys at Madd Air!

We have used Madd air for our spring and fall services for several years now and I am absolutely certain they have helped us prolong the life of our VERY old A/C. I know with a lot of things you get what you pay for, but with Madd air we have always gotten much more. They always have the best prices, do excellent work and aren't pushy about selling a new unit. The same guys have been with them for a long time so I know they must treat their employees well too.
Today we had their newest employee, Camilo, but he has obviously been trained well to the MADD air standards of quality service and we look forward to seeing him for our regular services in the future.

Excellent service and the tech Camilo was on time and explained what was needed, in addition, he showed us pictures of what needed repaired. He was very polite and professional. Yesterday I had an annual furnace repair with Universal Home Experts. The technician found the blower fan was leaking oil and recommended replacing it. The fan motor was under warranty but he gave me the labor cost of $975. Whoa, that seemed high. I looked for a second opinion. Madd Air Heating and Cooling had good reviews and was local to Kingwood, TX. I called and quickly was quoted $325. They were able to do the install the following day.
Unfortunately Camillo discovered a previous repair person had stripped out 2 of the 3 screws securing the fan motor to the metal housing. He was able to take it to their shop to fix the stripped out bolts. This took twice as much time as originally anticipated but they only charged me their original price quote. They won me as a regular client today!

The entire team at MADD Air is awesome! They are super responsive, the techs (Justin and Sam) are very detailed and thorough when inspecting the systems, the office ladies always makes sure we get on the schedule and overall they are all great to work and communicate with. We prefer to only use MADD Air for all of our AC/Heating maintenance and repairs!

Came home from a trip and thermostat was dead-no heat or cool. Called Madd and Sam & John came out in about an hour. The batteries were dead was the problem and they replaced them and charged us nothing! How nice is that? We will certainly use them in the future. I like it is local and family owned. Thanks Madd!

MADD Air stopped by an provided an estimate which was more than reasonable considering other offers I received from their competitors. While it wasnt cheap, it was well worth the cost. I went with the option to update everything and redo the entire system including duct work.
I had issues of certain rooms extremely hot and others freezing plus the outside unit was going out.
Charlie and his team showed up two days later and installed the system. They work diligently and were very professional throughout the process. They had everything completed that day. They removed all the trash and old items. Our a/c has never blown this cold nor been as balanced as it is since weve lived here. At 73 degrees, the house is cold. In the past, 73 would have been extremely warm in the house. We will continue to use MADD Air for all of a/c needs.

They came out on a Saturday last minute when no one else would when our ac went out. The owner was a pleasure to do business with he was professional and very knowledgeable on everything he was doing. He not only answered all my questions but explained on how to avoid this from happening in the future. The job was done in less than an hour and our AC was running again. This is the second time MADD Air and Charlie have come through and save us! First time was last year '16 and a blown capacitor. After calling, they were able to come out that morning and get our system up and running. When our ac was failing to cool off our spare room we called Charlie back.
