SoBellas serviced our two AC/heat systems for over 10 yrs Rudy was our tech he left SoBellas a couple of years ago so we got different techs Carlos was always good then we got Dave last spring Dave serviced our systems when it got hot I turned on AC one unit would not cool Dave comes out says it will cost 2000 to fix I got another company to check it the tech had it cooling in ten minutes it seems a wire was in wrong place and the condensation line was clogged no charge There are some bad techs out there. I tried to notify Mike the owner of SoBellas with no luck. He never returned my calls

I usually don't leave reviews online but I think SoBella's is worth it. Carlos came out to our house a week ago to resolve our HVAC unit problems. A week later, we have a brand new, more efficient unit that works great. We couldn't be happier, Carlos and the rest of the SoBella's staff have been excellent, very helpful, prompt and professional. The price was very fair, the unit we wanted was in stock, and the installation work was completed in a single day. I cannot recommend them enough. As long as we live in Las Cruces, we will be calling SoBella's for our HVAC needs.

Outstanding service! Called on a Friday afternoon, got an appointment for Saturday. David was the technician - he was on time, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the problem in ~ 5 min (broken drain pump), had a new part in his van, and replaced it really quickly. Our heater went out the first cold weekend we had, I made a request for Monday since it was a Saturday morning. About 2 hours later we received a call letting us know they could have someone come out to check later that afternoon. The gentleman, Juan T, was professional, kind, and showed us the issues and what he could try to do to fix it. He also gave us a quote on replacing our HVAC system and adding AC at a price that was realistic and reasonable.
By Monday we had signed the contract and by that Friday they were installing our new system with Fabian A. Again, he was professional and his team worked hard to get our new system up and running. We honestly did not think we would be able to afford AC for a few years but SoBellas made it possible. They are now our go to company and we 100% recommended them to anyone.

As anyone knows who deals with any type of contractor in Las Cruces...just getting them to show up is a headache, let alone getting the job done correctly.
Joe P showed up both times when he said he would. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He also took the time to vacuum out the lint in our dryer and lube all the parts when he changed out our dryer belt. So grateful we found a business we can trust with home repairs. Paul M came out and was very smart and knowledgeable. He fixed the problems but I feel that your company charges WAY too much money for a service call! I needed help to change the refrigerator air filter that I had and adjust the refrigerator door an check my oven thermometer. The oven was fine I just did it wrong. He didn't need any parts. The bill ended up being $181.96! I couldn't believe the cost!!!

Excellent customer service and professionalism by Paul M. He called ahead and arrived promptly. Paul showed up, put on booties to walk through the house, and immediately got to work. He had the dryer repaired in about an hour and answered my questions while he worked. Very nice guy and great service. Thank you SoBellas for your prompt service. Called on a Friday morning and was given a service window of 1-5pm to troubleshoot our 15-yr old refrigerator. Isaac arrived shortly after 1pm. He was professional and informative. Although our refrigerator was not able to be repaired, I felt respected and not pushed into a repair that was not economically sensible. Great customer service! I received a call from my tenant stating that the oven wasn't working properly. I immediately went to Yelp to look for a company near my house with great reviews. I found SoBellas Home Services and went to their website where I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and waited for me to get back to him to approve the cost of the job. I approved and he fixed the oven right away. I will definitely use their services again.

Sobella is an excellent company. I was in a panic when in the middle of a load of laundry our washing machine's lock broke. A technician was sent to our house within approximately 4 hours. Although the part was not available, in less than a week the part came in and the washing machine was fixed. The technician (Isaac) was very courteous. He called ahead of time to let me know his ETA. He introduced himself, put on those signature yellow booties, (which I highly appreciate since I have a toddler that likes to crawl around on the floor) and got to work.
Once he was done he explained their warranty on the parts and services. I would never use another company for our future appliance repair needs. Their customer service is what other companies should strive to achieve for.

I was a little skeptical of this place because it had mixed reviews, but our dryer broke last week and was making a terrible noise. I had originally called another company who stood me up, so I figured I'd give this one a try. The guy was SO nice. They could see me that day, he called 30 minutes before to tell me he was on his way, he was very polite and respectful. He told me how much it would be to fix my dryer, and then his honest opinion to replace it, given its age and expense.
I was impressed that he could of pushed for an expensive. repair, but didn't. He said the repair would be more expensive than just purchasing new. He then gave me his expert opinion on what to look for in my next dryer and what brands had better reputations for parts and customer service. Excellent and trustworthy service. I would definitely do business with this company again.

When my dryer needed service, SoBellas responded promptly. Rudy was very courteous, professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He provided a cost estimate for the repair, as well as, a time frame for the parts order. The office called when the parts arrived, we scheduled an appointment and Rudy arrived as scheduled. Rudy provided excellent service, answered all of my questions and left the laundry room clean. The price was as quoted and the service superb. I will certainly call SoBellas again when I need help in the future.

I used Sobella for a refrigerator repair and highly recommend. I called Monday morning and Isaac was at my door Monday afternoon. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what he does. He made an initial diagnosis but later gave it extra thought and research. It was pretty clear that good customer service was important to him. He obtained the necessary part and was back on Tuesday to complete the repair.
