Shawn is excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done on time, on budget etc. B-D bought our former HVAC contractor upon his retirement, so we weren't sure what to expect. Excellent staff in the field and in the office.

I can not recommend Bolster-DeHart enough. From the original sales visit by Shawn, to the installation manager walking me step by step through how the job would be done, to the highly professional work done by the two installers today. Every person we came in contact with was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to us. I am NOT impressed easily, but I was very impressed with this company. We will recommend them to friends and family.

I signed up for their annual service and they do a great job! We Have our furnace and A/C checked once a year makes us feel good knowing everything is working properly and any issues will be taken care of early!

I called yesterday for service on 2 ductless heat-A/C pumps. Shawn was there at 1pm today diagnosed the problem and set up another appointment to fix the problem. Shawn was wonderful & professional.

My wife and I are long-standing customers of Bolster-DeHart. They have been our go-to HVAC contractor since we moved to McCandless in the early eighties. We just had our annual air conditioning check up. The work was performed by Service Technician, Bracy Scott. He was exemplary in his efficiency, effectiveness, courtesy, and general professionalism. Bracy continued the tradition we have come to expect from this splendid HVAC company. The sound choice we made all those years ago was once again confirmed through the good efforts of Bracy Scott. We are totally satisfied with the service from Ed Brennan and his crew. Our attic was damaged by squirrels so we decided to have the old insulation removed and the whole attic sealed and reinsulated. The guys were prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. The work performed matched the estimate without question. It was a big project that went quite smoothly! And they cleaned up after it was done! A very professional job by Chris, Ed, & the entire B-D team. We have been long term customers and everyone I have dealt with has been professional, customer-oriented, knowledgeable & obviously well trained. On this rather large project, everyone worked very well together, had a positive-can do attitude, which showed in the results. Great teamwork. In addition to the base project to vastly improve the energy integrity of our home, we really appreciated the clean up after each day's work was done. Also, we now have a lot more functional storage area in the attic. At completion, the guys helped me move all the boxes, etc. back up into the attic which was a big help.
