At 8;30 pm on a Friday night I had no heat. Temp outside about 10 degrees, inside 56 degrees. Called for service and within an hour Jared was here and diagnosed the problem. He unfroze a pipe and replaced the motor on the 15 yr old furnace ( he had the right on in the truck), He was polite, wore PPE and professional.

From my initial contact with a service manager, I was impressed with Air Professionals. The entire team members that worked at my home were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, considerate. They came on time, were available by phone when I was out and used drop cloths throughout the entry to the work area in order to keep my home clean.
No one ever tried to sell me anything, but rather gave me facts about my current system and the benefits of a new one. They made sure I understood all the was being done and to assure me of follow up care. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We needed to a central air conditioning unit at our home. Bill, the sales representative, was very straightforward, honest and professional. He assessed our needs and recommended the best solution. No up-selling, just the most cost effective answer for our home. The installation was performed as scheduled. Pete and his crew were very friendly and professional.
They were more than happy to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. They left the work areas cleaner that when they started. This was an all around excellent experience. I will definitely use APA for any of our future HVAC needs.

I had a wonderful experience with APA! The most professional technicians I have ever seen. My system functions perfectly, love the carrier thermostats which are high tech but user friendly :)) APA is a truly impressive company founded by the legendary Merv Blank, who has over 50 years of experience and personally visited my job.
