I called to order a 30,000 BTU 3 head system and was told it was not in stock, but that they could ship a 36,000 BTU instead for the same price, shipping next day. I was surprised but pleased and placed the order. They called back next week to say the price was $250 higher and they had not shipped the order yet. Makes sense that a 36k BTU should cost more, but don't a bait and switch and tell me it is the same price and then ask for more money after I pay. Have to pay to reschedule install now too.

I purchased a mini split air conditioner from Amazon, which went thru this Company and after paying $1357 for the unit and $500 for a professional to install the unit, it didn't work and when i call i get the run around and they don't seem to care about the customer, BUYERS BEWARE OF GETTING RIPPED OFF.they were supposed to overnight a part for me and didn't and when i called they were very rude. NEVER AGAIN!

Purchased a mini split from this company and after paying $1357 the unit was professionally installed and that cost another $500 and after install the unit doesn't blow cold air, i called and they determined that it needs a new valve and they said they would overnight one for me, which they made me pay for the shipping, and they never shipped it even though it's for a business that i can't open today because of this heat.
They don't care about their customers needs and the attitude was horrible..BUYERS BEWARE OF GETTING RIPPED OFF by this company. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR REFER ANYONE!!!

I never got to use their service. i called about 2 weeks ago and they said they would call back. they never did. i called again a few days ago and set up an appt at 11:00 today. the tech called at 11:30 said he was running late. so i said let us make it at 2:00 which he said ok. i get a call from the office after 2:00 saying he is up in north fort lauderdale and locked his keys in the car. it is almost an hour from n. fort lauderdale to south miami. Rude and inefficient company.

These guys are the best source for your ductless mini split air conditioner. They are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and most important very honest when it comes to their business. If they can't help you, they will point you in the right direction. Not to mention they have unbeatable prices on a vast variety of quality brands. I only wish they had more locations....but I don't mind driving down to homestead or Miami for quality services.
