I called Air Comfort because I am return customer. They have treated me right in the past and did an Amazing job again. My technician was Chris Ostrander and he went above and beyond. He replaced the hot water heater and even replaced a couple water valves that he noticed were aging and going bad. I am highly satisfied with Air Comfort. They came over to do maintenance on our 25+ year old furnace to confirm it finally bit the dust, so Chris helped us with choices for what best fit our budget, and this new system is amazing! USA made, and the install from start to finish was done so perfect. Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. Our air conditioner was not properly working at start of the season. Chris had someone come out the next day to check it out. They offered several options and in the end we had our ac unit replaced as well as the outdated heating system. They couldn t do the work for another few weeks but someone was sent out to provide a temporary fix on ac to hold us over, at no charge. Chris and technician Gideon were very helpful, beat other quotes we received, prompt, knowledgeable, conscious of their work, assisted with rebates and financing. I m very happy with the job.

The repair person was very friendly and knowledgable. They were great at explaining what was needed to be repaired and scheduling the repair. My only complaint is that I did not get a written estimate of what the expense would be - just a verbal estimate. I did receive a receipt via email but there was no breakdown of parts, labor, etc.

Quick to respond and very professional. They are small so I don't think they work on commercial sized equipment or do plumbing but my elderly neighbor said they are responsive and did good work at his house in York.

There was no doubt that Air Comfort Technologies was going to be our choice when we decided to replace our HVAC unit. Called these guys for a furnace that wasn't keeping up with the thermostat setting. They showed up on the same day. They gave me an approximate time and then called me half an hour before they showed up. Chris O. Showed up right on time. He put on foot covers so that he didn't track anything into the house. After a very thorough evaluation of the furnace he found the problem. He continued his examination to make sure that there were no other issues. He was very courteous and professional. Great experience.

We got 4 estimates from 4 different HVAC manufacturer dealers to replace an existing heating and AC system. I had 2 estimates for replacing A/C unit. Air Comfort was $1000 cheaper for the same work. They responded very quickly (actually came on a Saturday in the summer.). They were knowledgeable, courteous, and completed work on time. I was extremely pleased with this company, and I would definitely use them again.

The person who did the estimate also participated in the work, so he was very knowledgeable and gave me honest advice about what options would be good for me. Our outside unit stopped on Friday 7/21, I filled out online email forms to three A/C places including Air Comfort, and our home already had temps in the mid 80's and was miserable on Friday night. I hadn't heard from anyone as of Saturday mid-morning, then the friendly voice of Chris Ostrander called me before lunch and said that he will pass by my home in the afternoon and check out our A/C. Chris did as he said he would.
Within a minute of looking at our outside unit he saw that the contactor was fried. He had our A/C system up and running in short time. Air Comfort Technologies is a great company to do business with, and great people like Chris Ostrander is there, thanks so much.
