I have to give a shout out for Marcus. He's been servicing our Home AC for about five years and recently my close to 20 year old Home AC unit had finally reached the stage where replacement was needed. Marcus demonstrated not only his depth of knowledge about the units he services but had a great way of explaining to me what condition the unit was in and why it was time for replacement as opposed to just patching it up. Really appreciate the depth of knowledge he has and his stellar communication skills.

Heard sounds in heating/ac unit for several weeks that sounded like a woodpecker. Agee's sent Mr. Kelly Smothers out this morning and checked things out. Nothing wrong with heater or ac. He went into the attic where he found bird feathers which indicates there might have been a woodpecker or bird up there for some time. I called our pest control service to come out. Most air conditioning/heating service people would not have done this. What a dedicated employee.
