Thank goodness for Derek Spencer at Tyler Weathermakers who came to our rescue during the recent winter storm. Another Tyler area HVAC company tried to fix our heating unit on Saturday, Feb. 13, but it quit working the next night when the storm hit Tyler. My husband contacted Tyler Weathermakers, and they assured us that someone would come when the roads were passable in our subdivision.

We held on somehow for four days . On the fifth day, Derek Spenser came to our rescue! He was able to determine that our blower motor needed replacing, and found one that would work in our unit. He put everything together in the freezing cold of our driveway, and within about another 30 minutes while he worked on the unit, we felt heated air blowing through our house!

It was amazing. Derek took the time to explain what he did and the costs, which we believed to be very reasonable. When we do need to replace our unit, you can be sure that we will call Tyler Weathermakers first!
