Your technicians are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Furthermore, when HVAC service is needed, your techs are punctual and keep the appointment on time. I like that you let me know when they are expected to arrive and that they arrive on time. I also like that you keep me informed along the way on what is happening and what is expected. No surprises! I was with another service [Y&C] and I am so glad I switched. HVAC Specialist are so much better and professional.

We have a "complicated" heating system that uses an electric boiler. Over the years, it has become impossible to find anyone that knows or understands how the system works, how to troubleshoot, and how to fix it. Some have gone as far as to tell me "there is no such system"!
Last week the heat stopped working and I had to find someone - anyone - that would agree to take a look at it. Our luck changed when Alexa answered the phone at HVAC Specialists!! Joe came out the next morning, knew what to look for and fixed it without 'guessing' like other heating companies have done over the years.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company - for fantastic Customer Service, easy scheduling, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable technicians.

Communication is good and specialist Tim was great. We have been long standing customers and recommend their services. Request a call when they are on the way to narrow down the window they give you. Usually that works well but they will alert you if they are stuck on another job.

But must of all very knowledgeable. Steve our technician detected the problem right away and fixed without any problems.
