Services
Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning service removes dust, allergens, and contaminants from HVAC systems to improve indoor air quality. Using HEPA-filtered vacuums and specialized brushes, we clean supply registers, return grills, and coils. This service reduces energy bills, extends HVAC lifespan, and alleviates respiratory issues for homeowners and businesses.
Dryer Vent Repair
Dryer vent repair prevents fire hazards and improves appliance efficiency. Our technicians clear lint buildup, seal leaks, and replace damaged components. Regular maintenance ensures proper airflow, reduces drying times, and eliminates moisture-related mold risks in residential and commercial properties.
HVAC System Maintenance
Comprehensive HVAC maintenance includes coil cleaning, filter replacement, and system inspections. Our technicians optimize performance, identify potential failures, and ensure energy-efficient operation. Scheduled maintenance extends equipment lifespan and maintains manufacturer warranty validity for residential and commercial clients.
Chimney Inspection
Our chimney inspection service identifies structural damage, creosote buildup, and ventilation issues. Using high-resolution cameras, we assess flue integrity and recommend repairs or cleaning. This service ensures safe fireplace operation, prevents carbon monoxide leaks, and maintains compliance with local building codes.
UV Light Installation
UV light installation eliminates airborne pathogens and improves HVAC efficiency. Our technicians install germicidal UV-C systems that neutralize bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. This service enhances indoor air quality, reduces microbial growth in ductwork, and supports healthier living environments for allergy sufferers.

The kindness of the people who work for Clean Air Pro is amazing. I called the company, mistakenly believing it did AC repair. Tammy went to the trouble of asking the boss, Ben, for recommendations and texted one to me within minutes. I have a disabled child whose seizures intensify with heat, so you can imagine how much I appreciate the gesture.

We just moved into a new home and while everything appeared spotless we just wanted to take precautions and have our air ducts cleaned as my husband does have severe allergies. Lo and behold they found mold and bacteria growth. They recommended installing a UV light to prevent future growth would highly recommend them!

Jonathan did our service, and it went great. They showed me the before and after videos and photos. We are new home owners of a relatively new home (5years old) and we couldn't believe how bad it was and we're thankful about our service and peace of mind.

I had my entire interior redone over a 7 month period. I was determined to be finished by Christmas, and I found excellent reviews for Clean Air Pro posted on Yelp. I reached out on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning ready to clean my air ducts. They showed me before and after pictures as they went along, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and respectful!

Ben was really great. He gave us a no strings attached evaluation on our house and was friendly & professional. He came in wearing booties and mask which we really appreciated and opened up the phlenum to see if there was anything lurking causing a strange smell. There was not, but I appreciated him giving me his opinion. Thanks Ben!

The cleaning crew came and did a good job at cleaning the ducts, which was the ultimate goal. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty. The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding. I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

Ben and his team were kind, professional and prompt. We even couldn't locate the dryer vent on the exterior and they found it on the top of our roof, probably out of code. I was having a frustrating day and they made it significantly better. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500! Really great company.

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!
The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

I should have called these guys from the beginning. Tried to clean my own dryer duct with one of those Amazon brush tools. I lost the first brush head inside the duct and bought another set hoping to push or pull the first stick brush head out. Ended up breaking the line and lost the SECOND brush head, now with a 20' section of lube inside the duct. My duct is about 30' long with a one 45 or 90 degree bend. Called these guys out and they were able to get my stuck brush heads out and cleared the duct. Should have gotten them in the first place! Great service and attitude.

So happy we hired Clean Air Houston to clean our vents and air ducts. They are prompt and professional. When we moved into our new house I developed an allergy due to the previous owner's indoor dogs and the remaining new construction dust lingering in the pipes. Everything is clean now and I have the photos to prove it! Before = dust & dog hair; After = shiny clean. Thank you & highly recommend!

Clean Air Houston Pro did a great job with our A/C, ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Ben was prompt, responsive and worked to give us a quote which was competitive. Once we gave them the green light, they were able to accommodate us in their schedule within 4 days (during the Holiday season!). On the day of the service, their team was punctual and Ben kept us informed of their ETA before arrival. They started on time, and did a thorough job.
We were provided with before and after pictures, and they kept us posted on their progress throughout the day. They were also able to reach a hard-to-access vent on a two story high ceiling. Ben, Herman and Diego were professional, courteous and careful not to damage any delicate household items while moving through out our house. I'd highly recommend them!

Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well. I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.
