AC Pros of Florida Inc.

Our dog chased something under our mobile home. He was under there for a while, we could hear him scratching and digging. Well he did damage, we could not repair. Called A/C PROS OF FLORIDA INC. Our AC was blowing warm air. We shut it down and called A/C PROS. They came and discovered the damage done. Made temporary repairs. We were able to turn back on the AC and get comfortable. They came back and made final repairs. Very thankful for Dalton and Aidan. You guys rock. We feel COOL and BLESSED.

The technician was very acknowledge of the problem went directly to and replace the part and make sure the AC was working properly. This company was fantastic. I called them on a holiday because my outside A/C unit stopped working, I have two children and my house was 85 degrees inside. I called everyone on Google and they were they only ones to come out. Not only did they come out same day, they were here in less than 20 minutes! Billy the owner was very professional and left me with great instruction for any future problems I may have.

Adam arrived as scheduled. Pleasant and professional. He was very through in his diagnostics and explained everything he was doing / did to the unit. This unit had a few problems and Adam worked on them systematically. In 3 hrs he had that baby up and running great! A/C Pros is awesome. I had an issue with my air conditioner on Saturday night. I used their chat feature and heard back from them in a few minutes, and was on the phone setting up an appointment shortly after. They came out on Sunday, even came early so I could make it to church later in the morning, and repaired the issue. I have always had great service from this company!

Adam and the whole team are great to work with! Very responsive and on time for appointment which is hard to find this day in age. AC Pros came through big time. Especially in the month of June. Adam was the tech and he was super knowledgeable, explained to me everything he was doing. As a new home owner(less than 3 weeks) a non working AC can be scary. He showed me how the new thermostat worked and answered all my questions. Super good company. Thank y'all and thank you Adam.

I don't know much about AC units, other than to call a pro when I realize the system isn't working (so pardon my layman's terminology in this review). Our system wasn't cooling at all, so I called AC Pros. The tech had me check a few things and I mistakenly thought I was in good shape when the system turned on. However, an hour later and the house wasn't cooling.

Of course by now it's the end of the day, but I reached out again. Billy didn't have another tech nearby and choose to come over himself after normal hours to assess our situation - which he immediately recognized as the system had frozen due to low pressure. But he didn't stop there. knowing how to get us up and running, Billy set to work defrosting the system and adding needed refrigerant.

The system will need a more thorough check, but it's working now and I'm incredibly grateful for AC Pros' professionalism. Not only was it GREAT service, but the cost was exceptionally reasonable. they had me over the proverbial barrel and didn't charge any 'emergency' or 'rush' rates. So pleased to have AC Pros. an invaluable service.

I had a major water leak into the return air plenum (over 15 gallons) and desperately needed someone to come look at the nightmare I was having. Within 20 minutes of calling A/C Pros of Florida, a service tech was at my house (on Saturday by the way). After inspecting the problem and determining system failure was imminent, the only reasonable choice was replacement.

The following Monday they showed up and got to work. Since time was of the utmost importance, I chipped in and rebuilt the platform while the tech was setting up the outside unit. I was really impressed with Michael as he pushed through the job without even stopping for lunch. He had the system replaced and running by the end of the day. THANK YOU for taking care of me so fast and you guys are awesome.

The job was thorough, the men were considerate and polite, they cleaned up very well and every part of the process was discussed in a manner easily understood. Replaced items were shown to me as were before and after pictures. Proper Maintenance was discussed and possible problems I might have with my old system so I can prepare for anything that might go wrong with it before considering a replacement. I will definitely use A/C Pros for replacing the unit and checking my duct work this fall.

I have recently had a repair to my AC unit. The unit is only 2 1/2 years old and was installed by a different company. I did not wish to use them again. So I contacted AC Pros and from start to finish I could not wish for a more professional company. Randy who installed the coil is a credit to the company. Also I want to thank the owners also. Great service and gave me confidence and faith in contractors. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend this company.

The Owner came out on an emergency call because all of his techs were on the job. He was fantastic! He was very honest, he found that is was a loose wire, not the compressor, saving me $5000 or $6000 for a new system! He fixed right away. Now I have an AC guy for life!

Our AC unit died yesterday. I called AC Pros at 4:45 on a Sunday, by 5:30 a tech was at my house. At 9:30 today (Monday) they came back with a new unit. As of 3:45 we are sitting in our air conditioned house. Thank you guys! 5 stars

Great customer service. Had an after hours call and they were here within an hour. Diagnosed the problem and worked to correct it immediately. I've dealt with a few other HVAC contractors in the past and had concerns with what they were recommending, but not with AC Pros. Walt was great in explaining and showing what was wrong and what the options were to correct it. Honest and ethical company!

They came out and installed a new air conditioner/heater. The were prompt, did an excellent job, very friendly, easy to work with, and when I called them for a follow up call they came the next day and were very helpful on the phone and in person. Excellent workmanship, and help.

AC Pros of Central FL performed the required service and cleaning in a timely fashion. Their technicians are qualified and professional. They are my go to Air Conditioning company.
