We have been with this company for 5 years now including buying a brand new unit from them in December 2018. Our old unit went out 2 days before we were to host our family Christmas party on a Saturday. Air Kool got our new unit and was at our home that Saturday morning early to get it installed and working before our family members were to arrive.
Our house was warm and toasty and old unit hauled away with any clean up about an hour before our 1st guest arrived. It was a little stressful for us but not for Air Kool.they were on top of everything with a professional manner and got the job done without a hitch. I highly recommend them! The owner Ken came out the following week to just check on us and do a follow-up. I wouldn't use anyone else. Air Kool

The technicians were great took their time explain things what they were doing very informative courteous. Had 2 new units put in 2 years ago best thing I did for the money cut power bill in half in the summer and heat bill down to. Ken and David returned today tested the new compressor and it was defected. Replaced the new defected part and Now the temperature is decreasing in the house. No Charge and Customer is satisfied. As of now it's 81 and going in the Right Direction. Good Job. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS #1. Service:A/C system maintenance

I recently used Air Kool to service an older air conditioning unit at my parents home. They were able to perform service on the same day which was a big relief.
