I contacted The Bee and they respond first thing the next morning. They were at my door an hour later. Obed came and installed my thermostat and he was awesome, very respectful and professional. Unfortunately later that day my AC started acting up. (No fault of the bee it was just the unit itself.) It was later in the evening so we did have to wait for the next day, but even then they came as soon as they could. Fixed the issue and everything was back up and running! I greatly appreciate Obed and the team and highly recommend!

Orlando and Maurico were on time and very professional. Instead of upselling unnecessary services helped to educate me on the proper maintenance schedule. SATISFIED! Even coming off a heat wave they were out in 2hrs and a new AC system was started one business day later! Techs were professional, friendly, trustworthy, clean and didn't blabber about stuff to waste my time like others that quoted prior. My time is valuable to me and I only write reviews when vendors go above and beyond or completely piss me off. The Bee in my opinion is doing everything right and straight up a great VALUE where we all win! Nice job guys.hard to find these days.

Very friendly when scheduling our first appointment, which was necessary because our AC failed the night before we departed on a trip! They happily scheduled a tech to fix it the morning after our return, on a Sunday! Extremely well organized and informative, from seeing a photo of the tech who was coming to our door to getting text updates prior to his arrival and lots of written and photo documentation afterwards.

Their professionalism is through the roof -- we happily signed up for regular maintenance with them because they totally exceeded expectations (as well as our prior experiences with HVAC folks in other locations). We only wish we could give them MORE stars!

I called to get my AC looked at since it was not cooling efficiently, and Obed was able to come out that same evening. Other companies were running several weeks out. The ladies that answered my call were friendly and helpful. I received a text message when Obed was on his way. He arrived promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the prompt and thorough service. He even noticed that there was a crack in my exhaust system and provided a quote right away. Thank you!

Orlando arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part, so he left and returned immediately to finalize repairs. He also gave me excellent insight into how my unit works, the role and source of the water supplies to my system, and things I can do to make sure the system operates correctly. This company was very prompt in responding to my furnace concerns. They fixed the furnace issue quickly. I thought my furnace would have to be replaced. The service tech Adrian said it did not need replacing. I appreciate the honesty. With heavy snowstorm on the way, I was relived to have it fixed.

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues i had, including an issue i had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. I don't really ever leave reviews. This company earned our business through a competitive bid process. We put them against 6 other local companies and they rose to the top. By happenstance, we got a fantastic deal on some top of the line equipment. We were shopping to replace our janky old evaporative cooler and 30 year old oversized furnace. We upgraded to full central air and a modern furnace. Howard came out and gave us a quote, measured up the job, and was honest and straight forward (never attempted to oversell, and in fact, sold us on proper equipment that wasn't top of the line efficiency since we'd likely never recover the cost). Russell and Obed came out and busted their behinds and were super professional and diligent. Cleaned up the job site and even threw in a few add ons when they found an issue (for instance, hole in exhaust on water heater). I'd recommend anyone who is looking for HVAC work to at least have them come out to bid. Outstanding work, competitive prices, and excellent work force.

I am so happy with my decision to finally get central air and so satisfied with this company. Customer service was great and Howard made sure to make me feel at ease and really blew the competition away. The installer was very nice, informative and personable. He was steadfast and made sure the job was done. He cleaned up after himself too. I know I went with the right company and that I did receive a very competitive price.

I had been quoted a much smaller unit from another company had doubts that it would do the job. Howard was straight forward with me and told me it wouldn't. Deep down I knew it wouldn't because I had researched it myself. If you have to question if something is right for you, it probably isn't.

The furnace stopped working and contacted Busy Bee Heat & A/C through Home Advisor. I was called back within 10 minutes (about 4:45 PM on a friday). The Technician arrived 30 minutes early (6:30PM), fixed the problem within 30 minutes, charged a reasonable fee (no weekend or call out fee!). EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.

Getting my Summer place ready for a long trip in June. Didn't realize my air conditioning wasn't working as I haven't needed it. Needless to say I just wanted a simple solution free of hassle. Luckily this place fit that to a tee. Ask for Howard if you can. I was up and running again within a day. Friendly and no hassle not much more to ask for.
