I spoke to a gentleman named Patrick over the phone regarding my furnace. I only had to explain the issue to him once. He came out promptly on the set date and time scheduled. He recognized the issue within one minute of arrival. And fixed it the issue within five minutes of arrival. The price of the maintenance and repair was significantly less than their competitors. The service and professionalism of Patrick, allowed me to refer him to other people. We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Professional, on-time, caring, friendly, responsive, patient, intelligent and knowledgeable are a few thoughts that come to mind when I think of Patrick.
