I spoke to a gentleman named Patrick over the phone regarding my furnace. I only had to explain the issue to him once. He came out promptly on the set date and time scheduled. He recognized the issue within one minute of arrival. And fixed it the issue within five minutes of arrival. The price of the maintenance and repair was significantly less than their competitors.

I needed a new furnace so I called PGX heating/cooling and was answered almost immediately. They quoted me a reasonable price fast and a week later I was getting a brand new furnace installed. After meeting them I can say they are very respectful and had a friendly attitude while working in my home. I will defiantly be going to PGX for any heating and cooling problems.

We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Professional, on-time, caring, friendly, responsive, patient, intelligent and knowledgeable are a few thoughts that come to mind when I think of Patrick.

PGX installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. They were immediately responsive to all of our questions, offered an incredible quote and stuck to it to the penny. These guys were in and out and cleaned up everything to the point you couldn't even tell they had been there. No one wants to buy a new furnace, but if you must, call PGX!
