Sometimes it is better to judge a company by how it responds to a problem than judging it by the problem alone. As such I am retracting my review below. I was contacted by On Time Experts after my review. The gentlemen who called me was professional and willing to do what ever it took to make up for the problem I had. He listened to my complaints and made no excuses. He thanked me for my input and told me changes would be made. He made some concessions and promises which I believe he will keep. The entire incident was handled professionally and well. So, I'm still a customer.

This was my first and last encounter with OnTime Experts. They purchased the company from whom I purchased my AC last summer. (Dring Heating and AC) A great company. I had an appointment for service today. I was told the technician would be at my home between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:15, no technician l, no phone call. I called OnTime. I was told my technician was busy, and it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. Or I could reschedule. The customer service individual was rude and not interested in helping. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new AC company. OnTime needs to realize they are not more important than their customers. We have the money.

Dominic is an asset to your company... He was thorough, polite, and professional. He explained everything in a way that I could understand which I appreciated a great deal. I would wholeheartedly recommend the On Time Experts to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Jon was incredible and probably the best technician we have ever had in our home. He excelled in everything and was very knowledgeable.

Marco from On Time Experts came today for a Spring air conditioning and heating check. As usual, he did an outstanding job. No other company is as thorough as On Time Experts. They check every little thing, including disassembling the fan cage and housing for a thorough fan cleaning and taking apart the outdoor coil housing for a complete coil washing. Ask the other companies if they do all that. They dont. On Time Experts is uniquely excellent in North Texas. They are truly on time and technicians like Marco are a pleasure to have in your home. Finally, On Time Experts never tries to se lol you a new system or maintenance you dont need. We are customers for life.

Dominic was fantasticright on time, super friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. Id absolutely call him and On Time experts again for any HVAC needs!

George came to my house on time and looked at every inch of my unit. He cleaned all parts and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me recommendations that would prolong life of my compressor and other stuff. He was extremely professional and friendly. If I could have an assigned technician for future needs, please send George.

The staff was so easy to work with. The plumbers were about to explain exactly what was needed and provide a timeline for repair. I had an excellent experience with on time experts. Kirstie, the coordinator, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. I will absolutely use their services again if needed in the future, and I wont hesitate to refer them to friends and family!

Great experience, called in the morning about my heater not working and Joey was here in about an hour. Joey was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me information about my heater that I didnt know. He diagnosed my problem and recommended an electrician, all within an hour. Very pleased with everything, thank you On Time

Excellent customer service. George and Angel were through and explained all aspects of service. They installed new electro static filters to help mitigate fine particles of dust and pet dander.

Marco was very communicative and let us know of any findings. We had called for a tune up special I saw on NBC5 channel. He found some leaking gas leading up in lines to our units. Was able to make repair and continue with tune up. I would hire him again to come into my home for work. Could tell he valued his job and company. Thanks!

This was my first experience with On Time Experts. I had seen multiple commercials on a local DFW station about an AC check up special. When my AC went out, I decided to give them a call. I was told that the diagnostic charge was $95. A bit later in the conversation the woman asked if I was interested in learning about the membership. No pressure - just the information. It turns out that the membership is a really good deal (more than pays for itself!!) The technicians, Joey and Chase, arrived on time, were very courteous and answered all my questions. This was a great experience. I am having to wait on a part - I might update this as the process continues. So far - so good. I'm posting a pic of all that is included in the membership.

We had Kevin out to our home to replace our water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was a great tech and would highly recommend him.

Joey and his partner were fantastic - gave us a second opinion and our options were explained well. They also told us what On Time could do for us without making us feel pressured at all - just taken care of. We are looking into switching our maintenance services because of this visit :

On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. Charles arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. He was courteous and in addition to fixing our issue, took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend their service!

The On Time Experts led by Charles just completed (over the past 3 days, just left 30 minutes ago) a main sewer repair at my house. They were very timely in their response to my panicked call (arrived within 1 hour). Charles was very thorough in explaining the process as well as patient and caring to my situation. Although I have not run my washing machine or dish washer yet, I fully expect things to be working without any problems or water back ups.

They explained that if I have any issues related to the work they have completed, they would make it right at no additional charge. The dig crew said if my yard settles to far down that they would come back to add more dirt to ensure my yard is back as it was. To date, I still need to let the company know the type of grass I have in the event it does not grow back.

Because they were not able to remove the grass in patches, Charles explained that they would provide seed so that my yard will be restored. I am satisfied with the service I received to date and would recommend On Time Experts for your plumbing needs.

Very pleased with On Time Experts Plumbing. On short notice they were able to send someone out and Aude the service guy was excellent! He had experience with our type of issue and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very good about explaining everything in detail so it was clearly understood. Charles explained everything so that I could understand the entire process, including financing, not only was he professional and personable, he was helpful in pointing out other issues that had nothing to do with what he came for. He went above and beyond. I know that I am 100% in good hands. He will be coming back this coming Monday to do the testing and I look forward to doing business with On Time Experts.

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

I had the privilege today to be serviced by Jerad, he was very detailed, explained, and educated me on a lot of the issues. Jerad is a wonderful tech and an asset to your company. He even offered to help me around my house, now that's a five-star service.

As a first-time user of this service company, l was very impressed. Justin, the service person is extremely good: knowledgeable, precise, and works very quickly. Aude was great! He was stepping in to a repair already in progress started ny Charles. We had to order parts to finish the job. Charles and Aude had great communication so there was no confusion. He installed the parts quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also worked with Lily on the office, she was friendly, smart and efficient. Clint and Nathan came by today to flush out my hot water heaters On Time installed last year. They were actually early which fit my schedule today. But they got them both hot water heaters flushed out, inspected the hot water heaters and all the plumbing fixtures in the house and fixed an out side spigot that's been causing me issues quickly and professionally. We are very happy to be Front of the Line members.

We had an unexpected clog in our drain. They came out the same day I called, had everything fixed in no time, and didn't overcharge us. Payton was the person who helped us. He did a wonderful job, and was super professional. I would definitely recommend them!

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. Collin was absolutely the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever met. He was very transparent, through and he did an excellent job documenting my issues, problems and options. He explained everything using terminology I could understand. On Time experts came within hours of my call on a Monday. Every employee from On Time I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable.

Jerad was the technician sent to perform service on my AC today. He was very courteous, respectful, and thoughtful. He was very thorough when performing his diagnostics and reporting on his findings. He also went way above and beyond when he asked if I needed any odd job help with anything around the house. He actually moved/shifted the desk in my office enough so I can now sit and play my piano. Collin came out to the rescue, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Unfortunately, we had to get a entire new AC unit.! He got the process started and made us feel at ease.
