Very pleased with Bill/Cool Air Tech's work and attention to details. Our furnace went out in January 2024, and Bill responded quickly to our need to get it replaced quickly. Also at that time, we decided to install an AC unit. Cool Air Tech took care of all the various details and directions needed for the electrician to complete that side of the job. A year later, both the furnace and AC are running smoothly. Thanks Bill/Cool Air Tech.

I have used Bill Mcintosh and his team at Cool Air Technologies for years. He has prolonged the life of my original AC unit for years and this year installed a whole new HVAC heating and cooling system, which I absolutely love. Bill and his team are professional, knowledgeable, always answer the phone, they respond quickly, and always take care of my air conditioning and heating problems. You can rely on this team. I called Cool Air technologies Sat and talk to the owners wife who explained it's just her and her husband Bill who have the business. Bill came out with his assistant within an hour and fixed my A/C. He test it and it was low on Freon. He explained that since my A/C was an older model that it needed R22 Freon which is being outlawed in CA in the new future. The cost was $400.00 for adding 2 pounds of R22 Freon which is the going cost. I would recommend Bill and his wife's company Cool Air Technologies because they give you a fair price and don't try to upsell you anything. They came out that same day and it was a labor day weekend when all the other companies couldn't come out for a week.

Contacted Bill for a 2d opinion on an expensive Furnace Repair. Bill responded on same day and determined that repair was over priced. Recommended a complete replacement of furnace and AC at nearly same cost of original estimate. Crew was on time at 8am, professional, cleaned up and gone by 2pm. Best thing about Cool Air is NO creative selling. Service you can trust!

We've used Bill at Cool Air for several years. They kept our old unit running as long as possible before we finally had to replace it this year. They gave us a competitive price and made some good recommendations on how to improve air circulation in our old house using original unused vents from the 1930s. The new unit is quieter and using the extra vents, we're extremely pleased. Bill and his team are responsive (you call and actually get a live person), are dependable and his crew was hard working, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company.

I called Cool Air after hours on Friday and received a call back early Monday morning. They were able to get someone over to my place that afternoon. Bill McIntosh was able to promptly diagnose the problem with my condenser and fixed it on the spot. He was courteous and professional, even taking the time to recommend I change out my wall registers to get better airflow. I highly recommend Bill and Cool Air Technologies.
