Wonderful company, very helpful would recommend any day!! Asked for one unit at our complex to be service but when the tech arrived several other tenants complained about their unit, and he was wonderful went and looked at the units and gave advice what was needed for each one.

I already had bids from two other companies when a friend recommended Stout's, saying they were very pleased with the services they received. I appreciated the no-pressure presentation when Steve Stout came to visit. Their bid was the best of three. Stout's installed a heat pump and two mini-splits in my home, and a solar attic fan. The three installers were friendly, respectful and professional. I was very satisfied with my choice.

Prompt response from company for scheduling service, technician was even early for appointment which was great. He was efficient and identified and fixed the issue quickly.

Stout's Heating & AC did a superb job on our furnace replacement. All members of the team were exceedingly professional and courteous. They conducted high quality work at a very reasonable price. Other vendors offered to charge over three times what we were quoted by Stout's. I highly recommend them for any heating/AC work!

Right out of the gate Stouts was great. Jennifer was helpful and accommodating with calling and scheduling with me and DJ and Joe were amazing! I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Stout Heating and Air. Tim and the crew were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and cost effective. We had a furnace replaced and moved which was a big job and they got it done in one day. They offered to come modify a small issue free of charge. Overall best experience with the company we could hope for. 100% recommend!!

And I cant say enough about the girls in the office such understanding and wonderful to talk to, I had one issue Dave came out went under the house and fixed it just cant say enough good stuff about Stouts. When we moved to Sebastopol 25 years ago, there was a period of about 7 years when we tried maybe a half dozen heating companies to service our furnace. We had a lot of trouble getting appointments, had some companies cancel or not show up, and we weren't happy with the service until we called Stout's. They've installed and serviced our furnaces since then. Very knowledgeable and professional, they always present as amiable, friendly folks who you don't worry about having in your house. They're usually pretty busy but in an emergency, for an old customer, they go out of their way to schedule timely appointments. We highly recommend Stout's Heating and AC.

Starting with the first encounter, when I had finally decided to replace my 23 year old furnace, I was initially impressed with the professional attitude of the man who came to the house. He took me through the process, step by step so I knew exactly what to expect.
The crew of three who arrived on time the next week accomplished the installation and all the extra work involved in 4 hours. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and generally did a five-star job. I'm very happy with the whole thing! Thanks, guys!!

We called their office on Tuesday, and they were able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The technician called as he was able to arrive an hour earlier, which worked out very well for my schedule. He was super friendly, helpful, and amazing with our dogs. He was able to check and complete the repair for us within an hour. Definitely recommend.

The entire experience was better than expected. First, Dennis came to give us an estimate, which he did with a veterans discount. We had heard others in the park tell us how much they had paid so we were surprised at the estimate we got. We sat outside and visited for a half hour. He was polite, kind, and we both felt that he was a very trustworthy person. The installer was here when scheduled and did a fine job.
When it comes time to buy a new furnace we will be returning Stouts for sure!

My A/C quit I called the company that installed it in 1999. I was told that the last time they came out on a service call in 2017 that the tech. noted the unit was old and parts were hard to to get. they did not want to make appointment unless i was ready to replace the unit. I called Stouts Heating and Air Conditioning , which is 1 hour away, Not only did they make the appointment pretty quickly, Dennis found the problem and hard it fixed with in 5 minutes of arriving. When its time to replace this A/C Stouts will be doing it and any other repairs they can do. Big Thank you to Darlene in the Office for her excellent customer service and Dennis for his honesty on fixing a simple thing instead of wanting to replace a functioning unit.

Amazing work, from the initial phone call through the installation. Stouts replaced terminally old floor/wall heaters with a Daikin ductless system. Couldnt be happier. They kept me in the loop through all phases of the job, answered questions, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Stouts Heating & AC.

I read the reviews posted about Stout's before requesting a second estimate to replace my 20 year old air conditioner. I was skeptical because all the reviews were glowing, but I needed a second quote, so I gave them a try. Best "chance" I ever took. I put them through the wringer with my questions, challenging them on items that the other company said needed to be replaced, but that didn't show up on their (Stout's) quote - which was literally 50% less than the first quote! Then I did my due diligence, and confirmed that Stout was right - I didn't need half the things on the first quote. Bottom line: they answered all my questions satisfactorily, installed the new air conditioner the following week, and even the city inspector complimented the job they did. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding. Phone calls were answered or returned promptly, they helped me handle the permit and inspection process, and were patient with all my questions and concerns. I recommend Stout.

Dennis and Darlene are great to with and are honest !!! Dennis gave me the best price out of three bids for a 3 ton unit change out, furnace and central air, 16 SEER. Tyler and Curtis are great installers and my wife was impressed with their knowledge and they took the time to explain things we didn't know or understand. I am very satisfied with their work, knowledge and expertise. My wife loves the new unit and the ten year Coleman parts and labor warranty. The most important thing is to have an installer that is going to be around for the long haul, Stout's has a great business reputation.
