Airview AC

Air view AC was fast efficient and Honest. We called and they were here within 12 hours. They explained everything they saw and gave us multiple options on how to proceed with recommendations and warnings. Unfortunately our 15 year old AC unit has decided it is done but they have us scheduled in 3 days for a full replacement. I will update this review then, but as of now we dont see why it wouldnt still be 5stars!!!

Got our new unit today. The installer was respectful and quick. They called us Friday night to go over what to expect and everything lined up. We are so thankful to have air conditioning!!!

This was my fall maintenance. Jason did a great job. He also set up the Trane app on my phone so I can monitor or change settings when I am away from home.

I called Airview about 3-4 months eith dome questions. I was still struggling with my room being overly warm at times, and I had never connected my thermostat to WiFi. They sent someone who was very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to show me how I could adjust airflow to different rooms. I am grateful for their willingness to share expertise and help me with changing the filter for my 2-stage system, which is a bit harder than a regular system. I feel confident I can call them anytime I have questions without feeling like I am causing problems.

Larry was awesome. Very knowledgeable and amiable. Very much appreciated the service as well as the humor. Issue was covered under warranty.

Charles came out today to do our winter maintenance check. He was great and prompt and checked everything out and very thorough.
We only use Airview for our Heat and Air services and trust them and they are very professional.

Josh was here early after giving me a heads up text when was in route! He was knowledgeable and communicated well. We had lots of questions. He diagnosed the issue, confirming what Id anticipated.
New unit will be installed next week.
From the first person who answered the phone to my conversation with the owner, this has been a very pleasant experience.

UPDATE: Complete system replacement.
Team worked diligently to dismantle and install the new Carrier system.
Jonathan took the old compressor apart(see photos) then replaced it with the new one. Resetting the existing pad turned out to be an issue but he was able come up with a workable solution.
Charlie took care of the attic install. Replaced the old unit and some of the ductwork. One room had always previously been hard to cool. Air flows much better now.
The thermostat was replaced.
They arrived on time, were efficient and worked continuously. The insulation coming through the vents when everything turned on was an unexpected mess. They cleaned up both inside and outside. Except for a couple of communication snafus, it went smoothly.
Jonathan took care to keep me informed throughout the day.
Everyone with Airview has been professional, kind, informative and responsive. I unequivocally recommend them.

Mateo was very knowledgeable and thorough with his service of our hvac equipment. He explained in detail what he found and what we needed to do.

Airview was super professional in every interaction we had with them. We had three complete HVAC systems installed over the course of three days, and everything went smoothly and on-time. We received estimates from five different HVAC companies and Airview beat all their prices. I appreciated how they registered the warranties with Trane after the install. Two days after the install, I received an error message on the Trane app and Airview came out to check the system within just a couple of hours at no cost. Everything ended up being fine.

Joseph came to repair my clogged ac drain overflow problem and was very professional and thorough. He found the problem quickly and repaired it and checked things out quickly. He found a plastic end cap stuck in the drain pipe and removed it promptly and now all is in good working order again. Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be using this company for my yearly maintenance. A+++++

They went above and beyond with the installation, and they even took care of a concern after the installation. They were super responsive and always put the customer first.

We called on a Saturday evening and they sent someone within an hour. He fixed the issue and was done in timely manner and it wasn't an outrageous cost. We got on their yearly service rotation. Excellent customer service and experience!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Charles is the BEST I tell you! He fully diagnosed our problem and found out EXACTLY what was happening to keep turning our AC off. We just had an AC repair tech here 7 DAYS AGO and it suddenly was out again and they wanted to completely charge us all over again. My husband was upset and said "no way" to trusting them to come back when Airview told us this isn't right and they should be helping us if it's only been 7 days.

This company had our back and even took their time on the phone for 20 minutes trying to help us troubleshoot (for free!) but it needed to be actually inspected and sent Charles out to help us.

Charles is truly the MVP. He took his time checking EVERYTHING to figure out what was happening and we figured out that our breaker keeps tripping the AC switches!!! The button doesn't show it but when lifted it is tripping! The other AC tech did not tell me that and was juat trying to sell me another service on my AC unit costing $350+.

We immediately signed up for that yearly maintenance visits (WHICH IS A STEAL AT $99 A YEAR FOR 2 VISITS!)

We will stay loyal customers of AIRVIEW AC and never call another place for help again!

Excellent fast services and fair pricing. Second time they have done a major AC repair for us and we are pleased with both!

He didnt just come to do a job, he took the time to educate us about our AC system, explaining in detail how Freon works and why maintaining specific temperature levels is so important for efficiency and longevity. We learned so much from him!
