Recently, I needed to have a toilet AND a garbage disposal replaced, so I contacted John Padilla Plumbing, as my previous plumber had not quite met my expectations. The plumber assigned to the project (Brandon) was very cordial and professional, and he thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and he made sure the bathroom and kitchen were clean before leaving. I was impressed by how quickly he accomplished the repairs and replacements, and how thorough he was in making sure that everything was working properly. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of John Padilla Plumbing employees. I highly recommend their service!

Secured an appointment for the next business day once I phoned into their dispatch center. DJ was prompt once he advised he was on his way to my home. I had a specific repair in mind for my toilet (replace water supply valve) and he did as instructed without further fanfare. Quick and easy. Expensive, but would recommend for DJ's prompt and professional attention.

We are thriled with the work that Jalen and Lindell did in our plumbing repairs. We were leaving town in a few days and had a bad shower cartridge and valve that we need fixed fast. Lindell showed up and diagnosed the problem. After approving the estimate Jalen showed up and did the repairs. He was professional, clean and did nice work. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them.

It started with a clogged garbage disposal pipe, which required immediate care of a plumber. I googled and landed on 4.8 stars for John Padilla company. I called the office first thing in the morning and a nice lady scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jalen was friendly and professional. He got right into work. He fixed the issue and left everything clean and working. He pointed at a potential problem and suggested looking into the pipe using a camera. The next day Johnny came, using the camera on the tip of the snick, he showed and explained the issue - the sewer pipe was deformed during the years, the result an underground pool... This , he explained, if not treated, would back into the house. We decided to start right away.
On the next morning a crew of 3 workers started. They worked cleanly, explaining every step ,giving us a detailed explanation backed with pictures from the site. Three days and every is fixed. With 5 year warranty. We would like to thank each one of the workers for a professional ,hard and clean work. Excellent work, fair price, freindly workers and 5 star service. Highly recommended.

Lendale was incredible, super helpful, assessed the leaks we had, and fixed them extremely fast. He was super friendly and very grateful for his work. He even went above and beyond and cleaned all around the toilet and bathroom to leave the space tidy. Will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues moving forward!

Awesome service! Our technician, Lendale, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem under the kitchen sink, which was leaking badly. He provided a reasonable quote for a new disposal and replaced it in the same visit. Lendale is a highly capable & professional plumber, and we appreciated his service today. Just had our bath faucet replaced in our rental. Not only did our dog Kikyo absolutely love them, they were dog people for sure (total bonus). Diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Set down a tarp to keep my carpet clean, our last plumber did not do this and they also cleaned up my bathroom. Truly appreciated these servicemen! Highly recommend
