The technicians were on time and courteous. They were efficient in checking my heating units including changing the filters. After sharing information about safety things that could be added to my units, they cleaned the outside air conditioners. I have used Polaskis for the 5 years that I have owned my home and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.

I have been using Polansky for many years and have been very happy with their services in everything from regular maintenance visits to the time the gas heater burners had gotten dirty and were only firing successfully 1/3 of the time during our Snowmageddon February. (That was before we went on a regular maintenance schedule for our aging HVAAC unit.) We have now moved away from Texas, but have kept the house for our young-adult kids. We were back for just a few days to move my step daughter in and, once again, Polansky was able to schedule our maintenance while we were there. Our service tech, Robert Pineda, was prompt, efficient, and professional. It gives us peace of mind that Polansky is still there to service our home.

I love Polansky heating and air. The techs are always respectful of our family and the house. We have used them for 5 years, the suggestions and repairs are always reasonable and explained. We have 3 ac units and 3 furnaces. They service them twice a year or seasonally giving us peace of mind. Highly recommend!
