This is a great company. They stand by their work and have excellent technicians. Recently William did a blower fan cleaning and added another component to our system. He explains things very well and is super polite and professional. Today he returned to work on the compressor which turned out to have a manufacturer assembly mistake that he diagnosed and repaired. This guy really knows his trade!! Thank you Custom HPACES!

Beyond impressed with this company! From consult to install, they were punctual, professional, and thorough. We had both our AC and furnace replaced, and they got it all done in one day! Our old unit was 17 years old, and while installing the new one, Dwane explained the differences between the old and new units and the upgrades we now have to look forward to. We also have three large dogs, and his crew was amazing with them patient and friendly the whole time.
By the end of the day, they cleaned up so well it looked as if theyd never been here. Their cleanliness and attention to detail is 10/10. If youre looking for a company that genuinely cares about your home, your family, and your pocket, this is the one to call. Thank you guys so much!

This place is the best and very timely. This is a 2 day job for me replacing heating/ac but the heart of july they made sure AC was good to go day 1. The gentleman set the AC for 70 (it was 90+ inside). he gave me a manual incase i wanted to read ahead but said he would teach me everything the following day while they finished their work. i didn't care i slept like a baby. i broke the ball off my humerus bone 2 weeks prior and was on major drugs and still didnt sleep as good as being in my own bed with AC. i dont even know the bells and whistles yet but this is the most excited ive been in a long time.

We've used Custom HPACES happily for a number of years to maintain our evaporative cooler, with seasonal turn-on and shut-down. The techs are always on-time, knowledgeable and helpful. Parts are cleaned and replaced as necessary. The tech who came most recently (May 2025) went above and beyond, by turning the orientation of one of the vents by 90 degrees (and re-screwing the whole vent in the new position), so that more cold air could reach the kitchen. We plan to keep using Custom HPACES and highly recommend.

Custom Heating, Plumbing & AC has handled all of our homes HVAC needs I using replacing the original furnace 10 yrs ago, and replacing our hail damaged A/C Unit 1 year ago. The office staff is fast acting and professional. We replaced our furnace humidifier today. The service technician, Derik, was very kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything. Jake, the apprentice, was kind, respectful and helpful.
Such a breath of fresh air. Custom Heating is our only choice for HVAC systems needs. Thank you Duane, the owner, and congratulations on having a great staff, work ethic, exemplary service and finished product!

I am giving Custom Heating and Air 4 stars. They are receiving this because of canceling an appointment and not getting it rescheduled for two weeks. This isnt the first time its happened either. Having said that, when the technicians do arrive to do swamp cooler start up, they are really good and efficient. They are also friendly and know what they are doing. Ive used Custom for many years because the actual service is done well & the cost is average.

I've been a customer of Custom Heating since 2009. The customer service is always the best! The technicians are friendly and experienced. The prices are fair. You never want your furnace to go out for any reason. It's a "grunge" task that has to be done. But Custom Heating makes it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again!

Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.
