So far SO good! I coordinate all maintenance for our small business in property management and I can genuinely tell you I have yet to be disappointed. My Air conditioner was not working properly. I had someone come out and they said I needed a new system but they could not do it till Monday and this was on Friday. I had two houseguests and the temperature was already over 80. I called value air and heat, they sent somebody right over and they started the job that afternoon. The work was completed the next day. The estimate that they gave me was honored. I had interviewed five other companies and Value Air was the best price by far. The installers were very professional and the communication with the office was easy. Received a phone call two days after the unit was installed to make sure everything was working fine. I highly recommend this company.

Wow, amazing service from beginning to end. Kiersten promptly sent their insurance and workers compensation certificates for me to obtain a permit. She was very accommodating and super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I have a new best friend, whom Ive never met. Dave the service technician went above and beyond the call of service. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Ive been using this company to service my ac unit yearly for many years now and after Hurricane Helene, I needed a new HVAC system. Dave and the crew from Value Air were absolutely amazing. Fast, efficient and cleaned up throughly after installing. They are the most cost efficient and reliable company Ive dealt with and would highly recommended them.

Matt was great to deal with for my service call. He explained the problem and was efficient in fixing it. He went above and beyond the initial problem and addressed a question/concern that I had with another part of my AC unit.
Only negative is having to pay an additional 3% for a credit card service fee which has nothing to do with their service quality or professionalism.

Upfront pricing was fair and they accommodated my immediate need by getting the install of dual mini split units done on short notice during the holidays.
Communication was easy. I even got Comments regarding the installers friendly interaction with my neighboring condo owners (not a small accomplishment).
Followup after the sale was also very solid when a small problem surfaced, and everything now seems to be complete and working to my satisfaction. Line cover missing in pics was not available on the day of the install but was not forgotten.
I plan to continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone in need.
