The Jimmy Jones technician called before coming and confirmed it was ok to arrive earlier than planned. I was getting a second opinion on an issue. Another company recommended replacing the entire 6-year old unit. The Jimmy Jones technician came and spent a bit of time diagnosing the real issue and found a simple solution to repair the unit the same day.

Couldn't recommend more! Jimmy is a real guy who will treat you right and you do not need to worry about being ripped off! He will absolutely not be beat with price, and you couldn't find a nicer guy to do the work. Would recommend all day long.
