North Star is an amazing company, and I couldnt be happier with my experience! Capone was extremely friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home while installing my new furnace. North Star is The Best HVAC company Ive ever dealt with, and Im an old HVAC and pipe insulator! Dillon Neilson was my technician, and he taught me about the A/C system and condenser. Explained maintenance and answered all my questions and concerns. This company is top notch from their coordinator/scheduler, technicians, and owner! My experience with Northstar was 5-star. My mom has a membership with another company. Last night this other company serviced her furnace and told her she needed a brand new furnace that would cost her $14K for reasons I don't understand. He turned off her furnace and refused to turn it back on despite her request as she didn't believe anything was wrong with it. Important note - my mom is 83, had heart surgery two years ago, and it was 20 degrees last night. Unreal!
Long story shortened, I called Northstar at 8:00 last night. The dispatcher was so kind and because of our situation had someone come out first thing this morning. I am sure you can guess the outcome....nothing wrong with the furnace. Danny turned it back on and went above and beyond to help us.
I will always use this company going forward. My mom is cancelling her subscription with this OTHER well-known company.
So grateful for good people in the world who live with integrity and honesty. I would refer them to anyone!!!!

Our heater stopped working during the night. We called for help and Dillon responded, an hour earlier than expected. He was very friendly and respectful, explained what he was doing every step of the way. Within a half hour, he had us up and running with a follow up plan. We were impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner.

Im more than happy with my experience either North Star! I was having trouble with my mini split and they had someone out in no time. The tech arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and how to maintain the system in the future.
