These installers are 5-star professionals. From beginning to end, Constantine explained every detail in the estimate & answered my multiple questions in laymen terms. The 4-man team was very thoughtful, polite and protective of my home, landscaping, and personal belongings. I wish every service company worked at these high standards. Where do I begin? Orion HVACs service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. The suggestions I made for them, since this is my home, and I know it better than most, were taken, with a sense of care and understanding. They were so thorough in making sure that everything was done right. Victor even checked my ductwork for proper airflow and patched up a few spots. I feel very comfortable and confident, knowing that my HVAC system was installed properly and with care.
UPDATE: additional work was required including replacing an outdated vent pipe on the roof with a new metal one with a wider diameter to allow better airflow for venting. They also replaced a defective pressure sensor part on the furnace. The entire team including Yury, Victor, Ruslan, Joon, and Alex made it easy to coordinate services and repairs. Alex in particular came up with a great solution to secure the now taller vent pipe on the roof to protect from wind and other potential weather pitfalls.

Happy to have chosen Orion to do a diagnostic when my AC was turning on but not blowing cold air. They were here in less than 30 minutes and at a low cost. I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

I highly recommend Orion HVAC to anybody who needs a new air conditioner. My tech Feliks was really helpful. I had to leave and run an errand and he made my wife feel comfortable with the work he was doing. He was professional and pointed out a simple solution whereas another company didn't see the problem and told me to replace the whole unit. He explained things in simple terms and was thorough.

My air conditioner stopped working on Aug 5,24 so I called HomeServe and they made arrangements with another company. That company never showed up. So I called HomeServe this morning 8/6/24 and they made arrangements with Orion HVAC. They said that they couldn't come today, I told them that I take care of my 81 yr old mom and that the temperature was 90. They said that they would be here by 4pm. And they were. The technician was very nice and fixed the issue. Thank you Orion HVAC for taking care of my family. I will let everyone I know, how wonderful you are and how much you care about your customers. Victor was the technician that came out to do maintenance work on our HVAC. We had recently bought the home and wanted to just get more information on the unit while also getting it serviced. Victor was on-time, nice, professional and gave us all the information we needed on our union. Yury, the business owner, was also prompt & professional when I initially inquired about services.

Water was leaking from the ceiling. I suspected that it was a clogged drain from the HVAC unit in the attic.
When Victor (technician) came, he looked around and determined the issue and went to work. Then he briefly explained to me the cause and the condition of the unit in the attic. He made sure everything was working properly. He was very professional and quick!

Alex was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right to the root of the problem with my HVAC. Cleaned out the system. It was filthy. Changed out some parts. He showed us the parts he was exchanging and explained why. He suggested we update the system with new thermostats and we will take his advice. Everything was done in one visit. Everything was explained and priced accordingly. We were very pleased with the work done and how well our system is now working. I highly recommend Orion HVAC.

Both Yuri and Victor are good technicians, polite, honest and professional. Yuri spend time to order and pick up the parts from the distributor for my AC which is not even his responsibility and was not getting reimbursement for. They are a small but a honest business which is the good quality that I think every business should have. I would do business with them again when my AC breaks again, Hopefully not.
