Critical: Responsiveness Came out for a service call 3 weeks ago on my mini-split system. They were supposed to perform some calculations to determine refrigerant charge but they just won't call me back with this information. This is literally what I asked for when I requested the service call. Service: A/C system repair

Gosh I'm so bad with names but the guy who came was so professional and explained everything he had to do or that needed done and should be done before he did it for clarification and knowledge. Will be using them bi-yearly for maintaining our system. Update: I forgot about paying for this service and when I called she was like we sent out a notice. Well seeing as how I never called you after 4 months don't you think you should have called me to check in. I mean I did prepay for the service after all.

Jason came out to our house to quote for a new hvac. He had a quote and stock availability within minutes and had the best price. UPDATE! Unit that was suggested has worked out great. We are already seeing a reduction in gas usage. Installers were great. Very professional. Tidy and courteous. Awesome experience!
