Kenneth called to let me know when he would be at my house. I really appreciate having an ETA. He explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. He talked to me about replacing the AC Unit or repairing the AC unit. He did explain how the prices are going up on new AC units and parts but the decision was mine to make. He was very professional and friendly. Thenk you!

Our AC went out on the hottest day so far this year and we didn't know what to do. David came out and quickly took care of our issue! Sometimes having service people out is awkward but he was kind and professional and answered all of questions. Would highly recommend using Reddi and hope that we get David again if we have to call. Reddi employee David Furlong greeted us at scheduled time. David is ALWAYS a gentleman and talks with us as if he were relation. He began his checking and adjusting of our heat/cooling system as needed. He spent some time with our outside heat pump. The weather was colder than expected this day. He put a very tall "tent" over the unit in order to get temperature to a warm level in order to test and regulate the cooling system.
This was a new one for us. His work as well of his care for our unit was exclamatory! Would I use David again? YES, we would be willing to wait for David's time to have him service/test our HVAC Sistem! In fact, we had a several garden plants on our sidewalk ledge that the wind blew over on their tops on the sidewalk. Davud was kind enough to reset the small pots upright and actually replaced the garden dirt into the pots for us!
That is going above and beyond to help/assist us with the plants, see why we will always ask for David F. to be our service technician! Thanks David! PS: David, next time just ask me where I wanted the garden vegetable plants to be planted, I'd tell you anytime!

David was super respectful and professional. He fixed my air conditioning and let me know all of the issues and repairs he was making to my ac unit before doing them. He really took the worry and stress away that comes along with getting big house hold items like this fixed. 10 out of 10 would recommend Reddi and David for a job well done.

My appointment with Reddi was 11am-1pm. David was at my house right at or shortly after 11, never had anyone coming to repair something at my house be so prompt. He was very thorough with cleaning the ac unit and very nice. Service: HVAC system maintenance
