Fresh Air began serving the West County area in 1987. Operating out of Meg and Mike Sinn's home and a rented garage for sheet metal fabrication, together they worked to grow their firm. As business grew from referrals, they moved to Chesterfield Valley when there were only three restaurants! The flood of 1993 moved them temporarily to Ellisville.
