The house is new to us, and so, we really appreciated the fact that the tech only replaced the filter and did not try to sell us more than we needed. With the change of filter, the problem with the heat pump was solved. At my asking, he also recommended a simple, less expensive, but very good whole-home humidifier. Really appreciated his advice and insights into our HVAC system.

Took the effort to check multiple sources for the necessary parts resulting in the furnace being back up and running next day.
