I had the best experience with Call Climate! I was referred to them through my usual repairman who was booked out. They answered the phone during after-hours and immediately put me on the schedule for the next day. The tech called when he was on his way, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. He even drove out to get the part that needed to be replaced. I could not be more pleased. Not to mention the reasonable prices. The best repair experience I have ever had.

I called Call Climate on a Sunday because my furnace wasn't working. They had a reasonable charge for a Sunday service call. The tech got into the furnace and showed me that the heat exchanger was bad. He recommended a new furnace and I agreed. They came the next day and installed a new furnace and a very fair price. I would highly recommend Call Climate without hesitation. They are a great company. I were like them.

They know what to and the repairs they make have always worked and have had no issues with them needing to come back. My parent's air conditioning stopped working during extremely hot weather. The company that installed their system did not have an opening for repairs for 10 days, and didn't seem to care that they were leaving elderly clients roasting for over a week. So, we called several companies that had good reviews and Call Climate Service was the first to call back. We were very satisfied with their service, their tech, John Allen was very professional and courteous. He was able to replace an inexpensive relay where many people may have replaced a whole circuit board instead. Would definitely recommend this business for AC repair!

Furnace went out, made the call first thing in the morning and Andrew was at the house within the hour. He spent time diagnosing, didn't make any assumptions and found the broken part quickly and it was swapped out. Very reasonable price. This is what HVAC repair should be, not a pressure sales to replace a system that otherwise is in good condition when a pressure switch is the culprit. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
