This is not a normal review. While moving, my boyfriend and I were unpacking/cleaning when I realized one of my cats was missing. I was certain he did not get out and when I discovered we had left one large vent uncovered while waiting on a replacement cover I realized the cat had to have entered the duct work. I panicked and had no idea what to do.
Eventually I called Nunning and they sent someone over. His name was Joseph and he was fantastic and arrived quickly. He helped look and open up different areas of the furnace and ductwork to check for our cat.
