Facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair (SIN 811-002) - This is IS's largest department, providing comprehensive facilities maintenance and management services to contract clients through a combination of in-house staff and subcontractor support. IS capability incorporates mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems operations, maintenance and repair, custodial, landscape, ice and snow removal and water and sewage treatment. It includes control of Preventive Maintenance and Service Call work using a web-based Computerized Maintenance Management System.
