I was talking to a women and she transfered my over to another girl, i was explaining my issue with my ac unit and she just hung up. I was getting into great detail and for her to hang up was unprofessional

Supervisor listened to my issues I was having with another company and was able to get a part in one day. The tech (Jason) was awesome! He was able to fix blunders made by the other company and had my house cooling again. I'm very satisfied by the professional services including the customer service. We built our house about five years ago. Rabroker put our air-conditioning in and there has been nothing but problems since. They even have the wrong zones in the wrong rooms. We've had two other HVAC companies out and both commented what a horrible job Rabroker did.
