Becky over at Mauger oil was helpful and very pleasant in this cold weather. I recommend them 100 percent. I am sure they are super busy with this cold weather and I appreciate Dottie and Becky being so pleasant and helpful. I am in customer service as well so you hear more negatives than positives ... much appreciated and I do recommend them. Thank u for being so prompt from answering the phone and speaking with a Live person to get the delivery set up for that day. Thank you Becky! Thank you again!

We just signed up with Mauger. We were without heat since New Year's Eve and had so many problems getting someone out to the house. We had been with Mauger for quite a number of years and left because another company offered a better price for oil during the oil price debacle. Even though we were no longer with Mauger, Dottie in customer service arranged for a service rep to come out last night!
We now have heat! We are extremely grateful to this company, We just cancelled our contract with the company we were with and signed up again with Mauger! If you want an excellent, dependable company to deliver your oil and service your heater DEFINITELY join the Mauger family and sign up! We sure are glad that we did!
