I had one of their Tech's come out on a service call only to be told that my unit was totaled, this was Friday. When i called Monday to see about getting a replacement I spoke to Ryan. He was knowledgable and courteous. It's their peak time of year and here we are two days later and I've got a brand new heat pump and a nice cool house. The service tech were great and very polite. My wife is disabled and they were gracious enough to be willing to work around us. It was a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend them.

I am fortunate to have found this company on the web. I explained that our unit hadn't been working properly for days and that my husband's COPD was being adversely affected by the high humidity. I was shocked and impressed when the serviceman came within 10 minutes of our call. I was hugely impressed by the speed and efficiency that he resolved the problem.

The company was not well functioned and operated. I used their service just because the previous owner has contracted with them (though my neighbors warned me in the beginning). Today's service on my furnace is terrible, the technician could not make it working after he stopped my furnace which is running well before the service. After 30 min, he finally made it work with no clear explanation the reason.

I am really concerned the service could make my furnace worse. However, this is not the worst part, because as I can somehow understand this may happen since my furnace is old. The worst part is that this company did not treat the customer politely and respectfully. When I talked to one lady in this company, she is really rude and yelling at me from the beginning to the end with no reasons. I can not imagine a rude lady like this could stay in the customer service position unless this company is the same. I tried to talk to her calmly but made no differences. This is a company shows no respect and care for his customer and what they wanted is to get your money. Please stay away from it.

Great experience with this company. Called them last minute day before July 4th holiday and they had a technician out to our home in a couple hours. The HVAC professional was quick and charged a reasonable rate. Highly recommend and will use again!
