Select services were discounted $20, which we donated that $20 to local clarities for our Operation Donation 40th anniversary celebration.

Giving a huge shout-out for Custom Mechanical. I am remiss at timing since our work was done at the end of August. Living in an old house that is on the continual fixer upper list sometimes has it's challenges. We gave Custom and their plumbers a chance to SHINE! Compete redo of all the plumbing and new bathroom was the challenge. Picture the worst crawl space for anyone over 12 years old and that's what they had to get in and out of.
Don't know how many times they had to suit up and get under because I lost count. Just sayin! End result: Awesome job, peace of mind and new plumbing with time frame that kept us from any inconvenience. KUDOS to Kenny and his helper Coty. Would recommend them to anyone who needs work that they know is done right. THANK YOU KENNY, you guys are great!

It was a super hot week in the summer. The AC was not working properly in an OC home I have. I called Custom Mechanical around 830am on a Saturday with my fingers crossed. They were at the house by noon! The technician did some investigating, and knew right away what the issue might be. The AC was fixed within an hour! He was super nice and was very knowledgeable. I was happy to have the AC working properly again in 90+ degree weather! I was impressed with their fast response, and would highly recommend Customer Mechanical!

Our upstairs air conditioner was leaking during a heat wave. We called them and they came out same day to fix it. Not only did they call before arriving but showed up on time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything that needed to be repaired and quoted us on the spot. Price was very reasonable and unit is working again. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any AC needs you have.

Their service person was on time with a 15 minute notification that he was enroute. The work performed (flushing on-demand hot water unit) was clean and clearly explained. The initial scheduling and payment options were handled very professionally by the office staff. I will definitely recommend their services, and will contact them in the future for my own needs.

We got several estimates and Custom Mechanical was the least expensive for a similar HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. Customer Mechanical is an exceptional company. After suffering for 2 previous summers with poor performance from my AC, and using two other inadequate quacks, they fixed my unit immediately. Our tech on a routine maintenance call found a problem with.our hot water heaters each having a leaky bladder. He explained the issue and the remedy and necessity of installing two new tank bladders. Custom Mechanical is Professional, on time, and does the job right the 1st time. I never have to worry about my HVAC systems. They replaced my system last year and I have their service contract! I am worry free! They also just serviced my rental house and I have a contract on that also. No one needs AC worries in the middle of summer.
